Positive: The location is perfect - you are within walking distance of the beach and restaurants with great food. Our host Aslan was friendly, punctual and took the time to explain how to get to the beach, shops etc. We also missed our connecting flight from Istanbul meaning we could only check in much later in the day - he was super accommodating and checked in with us throughout our journey. We didn't spend load of time at the apartment so we didn't need much, but everything is there if you do.

Positive: Separate entrance, simple parking, quiet, plenty of space as a quite large unit, plenty of hot water.
Negative: The comments below did not ruin our stay, but if you want to improve these are suggestions, that would get to top marks. The fact that we had to chase for a microwave which was listed but not there when we arrived. Needs some attention to detail, as there was only limited crockery and cutlery. Much of the crockery was unmatched and chipped . Much of the cutlery was mixed and only enough for three (ok for us) but it was not badly in need of changing for something where the blades were not loose. It is supplied with a washing machine and dishwasher, so leaving a few washing tablets for both would be useful and mean not having to buy a full box, same applies to washing up liquid. Very limited toiletries, so would be better if these were included considering the price paid. I would suggest more attention to the detail, especially as the owners, I believe do not live in Turkey.
Summary: Nice apartment with plenty of space, but top marks spoiled by lack of attention to detail.

Positive: Huge apartment, huge kitchen, huge patio, huge washroom, 360 view, first floor was a jackpot, smell of flowers, running water in the pool made it vacation more enjoyable. Everything is walking distance. Restaurant near by is incredible, we order food which was absolutely delicious. I felt like I took vacation with local people. Please visit that place , you will have a good memories for sure. Asim , who is in charge of that place is absolutely incredible guy, he helped us with everything, even gave us a ride all over the village. What a great guy. God bless him.

Positive: The house is spacious, equipped with everything a family needs. Our stay was enjoyable and really relaxing. The beach is free and close and not crowded. The pool is clean and very well looked after. The staff are always in touch and helpful.
Negative: There is a bit strange system of electricity use limit. I have never faced it before. But it's not expensive really so it's unusual but ok.
