Positive: Awesome to have quality and comfy sun loungers, with thick cushions included. Lovely to have decent size pool towels included. Useful to have sun unbrellas on wheels - so much easier to move around. A great selection of equipment in the kitchen, and a useful gas barbeque.
Negative: Everything was excellent ... except for the very hard, uncomfortable (and stained) mattress on the bed! To be honest, hard mattresses seem to be a common thing in Cyprus though. A decent mattress topper would really help. I can't mark the property down overall for that; some people might actually find the beds comfy.

Negative: A little bit out of the village and away from the beach/jetty but we found two nice walks locally.

Positive: Property had everything we needed, well equipped, immaculately clean and host even left a little hamper with basics like bread, milk, eggs etc for our arrival which was a lovely touch. We loved the pool which was cleaned every other day, the gas bbq which was also a nice touch, and watching the stars at night. We completed the 1000 piece puzzle which we regretted to start as once started we couldn’t leave it alone! 😂 Location is great if you have a car. 5 mins to the beach and village is just up the road with tavernas within easy reach. Supermarket was also 5 mins away so we had everything we needed close by. Pissouri also has like a micro climate, and a fraction cooler than anywhere else we visited, maybe due to being quite windy or the altitude but was very pleasant when coming back from a hot day at the beach! We didn’t meet the host but we had good communication and responded promptly with any questions we had. Overall we throughly enjoyed it and wouldn’t hesitate to come back.
Negative: Nothing really we didn’t like. My only observation is that we could have done with a little bit more information with regards to the house like rubbish collection, recycling, where to find the pool lights etc. but Stavros was very responsive and quickly replied to any questions. There was some construction trucks parked on the land at the back of the property which interfered with the views a little, which is a shame, but they weren’t noisy and didn’t bother us as we were out during the day. Not the property’s fault and didn’t stop us having a lovely time.
Summary: Lovely stay in beautiful Pissouri.

Positive: A good location on edge of village . The villa is very spacious with lovely patio and pool on the south side. Well equipped, clean and private. There were lots of birds in the adjoining field; we enjoyed the countryside feel.
Negative: The bed is too firm. There were loungers by the pool but no cushions for them; perhaps if we had asked they might have been available?
Summary: We had a lovely stay here, and would have loved the pool if we’d been later in the year.
