Positive: Location. Dog friendly. Some of the staff was great.
Negative: Not very clean, (walls and shower floor were dirty, so was hallway carpet), elevator buttons and ice not in functioning order. Staff at desk was inefficient but nice. Waits were long and multitasking was bad. Food was bad and my breakfast order was wrong.. No hot water or coffee out where it was supposed to be. Coffee was empty and hot water was not filled. My room card also stopped working for no reason and I had to take my dog back to the desk to wait in line again to get it resolved. Window shade was not in track and i had to fix it so I chips could use it.
Summary: Lacking a lot of basic expectations but mostly clean and decent location if you need to bring your dog.

Negative: Well our first night the ceiling leaked all over my daughters face and pillow, it was a brown color, hope not sewage. You could see the bubbles in the paint and the brown color dripping down wall. We did get another room, but, eeww...

Positive: Great location, staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. Pet fee was reasonable as was parking.
Negative: The bar and food closed at 9pm which I was sad about but understood when there was only one person as the front of house staff.

Positive: The bed is comfortable and the room is huge! Tons of space to workout in your hotel room. Loved the bunkbeds! Bathroom was nice sized and the water pressure in the shower was amazing! large desk to work at, fridge in the room also!
Negative: The hotel needs new paint, some basic maintenance would be good. There are lots of dents, scratches and areas of the walls in the hallway that need repaired. The shower in my hotel room was leaking and has caused mold around it near the floor into the wall. You can tell the wall was soft and had been wet for sometime. Basic upkeep/repairs being made would be better. Bathroom floor could have been cleaner.
Summary: Great location, you have to pay to park, huge rooms.
