Summary: Hotel was clean even the stairways to the second floor which usually isn’t the case. Room was clean and nice.

Summary: The room smelled like a teenage boys locker room. There was mold in the bathroom. I was scared to walk on the carpet.

Summary: The staff were lovely and friendly. Breakfast was more hit and miss over the weekend. Cutlery out of a dispenser was very hygienic, but coming from the UK I could not get used to the lack of recycling and throwaway culture of breakfast. I would go back and stay, and for anyone going for graduation it is a good base.

Summary: No elevator, put on 2nd floor and not close to elderly father as requested. Bathroom was not impressive, neither were furnishings for amt paid per room.

Summary: Overall, this location is fine. There is no elevator on the property, which is odd for new construction. It's only two floors, so half of the rooms are wheelchair accessible. At check-in I was told to call down to the front if there weren't towels in the room. ("They should be there, but I'm telling everyone to call down if they aren't.") Interestingly, we noticed half way through our stay that there is no phone in the room, at least not prevalent. My son found a phone in the nightstand drawer. The second morning (Sunday) we came down at peak breakfast time. It was crowded and there was no hot food available, nor was there any yoghurt or muffins. It seemed everything had been picked clean. No one was in the kitchen area restocking, but I get it, they get busy. We went back to our room and came down 45 minutes later and just missed the end of breakfast. It was our fault for waiting too long to return. However, we did hear comments from staff who were talking amongst themselves about guests coming down after breakfast time and having no business being upset that there was no food; they should have come down sooner. First, conversations like this should never occur in earshot of guests and secondly, some of us only came down late because it was empty during peak times. Overall, an underwhelming stay. We'd likely try a different location next time we're in the area.

Summary: The mattresses are old and lopsided and very uncomfortable. There are 4 tiles that were placed with no grout. Not sure why we were not just put in a different room.

Summary: The best part of my stay was the shower head. Breakfast was sub-par, out of this, out of that. Had to constantly ask for items that were not out. ie: butter, waffle batter, apple juice. I asked the desk clerk for one additional towel. Was met with the reply, "we're out of towels". Came back that night, asked another desk clerk and was politely handed a towel.
