Welcome to Friedlich Haus. This well-cared for villa home located in the Village of Collier offers peace and relaxation while only a short 5-minute golf car drive to nightly entertainment at Brownwood Square. This house is just 55 minutes to theme parks and children are welcome.

A Yamaha gas golf car, 4-seater with USB phone chargers is included with the rental - a value of over $200 per week. The back seat also drops down to allow for easy grocery transport when not strapping in golf clubs. Also included are two Resident Lifestyle passes - saving you $50 - and the ability to obtain additional guest passes at no charge.
Well-decorated and maintained, the home has luxury vinyl flooring/tile and lovely, cordless window shutters throughout and remote controlled shades on sliding glass doors. Amenities include stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker (and backup large pot coffee maker), blender, mixer, baking utensils, and an ample supply of high quality dishes, silverware, glasses, wine glasses, and cookware. Other amenities include a BBQ grill, wi-fi, cable TV, and Smart TVs with voice remote in the living room and master bedroom. Beach towels are provided for days at the village pool or the beach as are camp chairs. This home can also be supplied with a portable crib/playpen, high chair and infant swing for families with very young children (first come, first served basis) if requested in advance (no additional charge). A washer and dryer are located in the garage.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in closet and a walk-in shower in the master bath. The guest room is a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has a sofa bed(replaced the previous trundle in the video) that sleeps 2, with all bed linens and pillows tucked away in the closet. This is also the office with a desk, printer, and office supplies (pens, pencils, clips, etc.).
In addition to the living and dining area (sits 6), the home has a large screened porch in back, and is enclosed with a brick wall and tall privacy fences. Great for pets. Please view the video for a complete perspective on this property.
Rentals are 7-days or longer with a few exceptions. For long term rental of 30 days or more, the renter must be at least 55 years of age.
Pets are welcome with prior approval and an additional $150 cleaning fee (in total, not per pet). Pets must be on a leash at all times when outdoors, and pet owners are responsible for picking up after their pets. For your and your canine companion’s enjoyment, there are several dog parks in The Villages. This villas is completely fenced in the back.
NOTE: Absolutely no RVs, trailers, Dually trucks, or boats can be parked at this property. Maximum of three cars. Also, this house is regularly rented to guests with pets. Please keep that in mind if you have severe allergies.

Summary: This home in Collier, near Brownwood, was a Beautiful home that my family stayed in for the week. We came down to The Villages to visit family and this Collier home was a wonderful stay as we golf carted around and played golf, fished, played pickleball, and listened to music in Brownwood throughout the week. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Summary: When we arrived at the property, we were very pleased to find everything was spotless. As we started cooking, we opened the cabinets and a fully stocked kitchen greeted us. Anything you could want was provided in the home. The beds were very comfortable and towels were lush. The golf cart was fun, driving to rec center, squares and supermarket.We throughly enjoyed our stay and hope to rent again someday.

Summary: This is a fantastic property and it is located close to amenities within The Villages. You'll love the quiet neighborhood. The home feels just like being at home and they've thought of all the things you'll need during your stay. I especially appreciated stuff like plastic wrap in the kitchen for wrapping up left overs, along with all the utensils you need to prepare a meal.

Summary: I came to The Villages to visit my son and ask some close friends to join us. Everything was neat, clean, and ready to go. Summary: Wow! This was our first time ever to visit The Villages and this property was perfect. Why? Location, location, location! It’s near the Brownwood paddock Square. It’s near the Eisenhower rec center. There’s an adult only pool very nearby. Also two golf courses and another rec center all within walking distance.. The golf cart was a nice benefit too! Looking forward to coming back!

Summary: This home is clean and well equipped. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals. The location is perfect! Very close to two recreation centers, Brownwood, and a Publix. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe there. The golf car is in excellent condition and was full of fuel ready to go. It’s obvious that the owners take pride in maintaining their properties
