Negative: There is no reception and no contact info. It will be helpful if hotel will send some instructions about how to get the rooms on arrival.

Positive: We stayed with extended family for an off-season weekend. No one else was staying and we had the place to ourselves. The handling of the keys was arranged through a phone call. The accommodation is right in front of the sea. The room was large, fully equipped, and spotlessly clean. It had a large balcony with a great view.
Negative: The small children playground was neglected and unsuitable for use, but of course I understand it was off-season and I assume everything will be fine once the establishment operates regularly.

Positive: The hostess was super warm and very friendly. The view from the balcony was so beautiful. The room is renovated stylish and the beds as very comfortable. I would highly recommend to visit Evia Dream and enjoy a very relaxing time at their location. We will definitely come back again.
Summary: Amazing view to the sea, very nice and comfortable rooms. Highly recommended.
