3 Bedroom House in La Paz

Recently during a trip to La Paz my family had the fortune to stay in two of Marlene's Costabaja properties. Both of the condos were amazing and exceeded our expectations. We felt spoiled by the views and luxury of our accommodations. The Costabaja area is very secure and filled with amenities so that no one in our group wanted to leave. The pools, beach, and landscaping are all jaw dropping. Marlene was so easy to work with and made sure that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.Next time we are in La Paz we hope we are lucky enough to return to Marlene's condos.

Beach, Pool, Golf Course and other Amenities
Whether you are a sport fisher-person looking for the next big catch, a scuba diving enthusiast, a golfer or just looking for a relaxing vacation, CostaBaja Rentals has something to offer you and your family. My husband and I own 4 rental properties which are located at Puerta Cortes Resort, (formerly CostaBaja Resort and Marina). Three of our units are located within the marina area (Pueblo Marinero) and the 4th unit is located in the hillside subdivision of (Las Colinas).
Las Colinas #4 townhouse offers fabulous views of the Sea of Cortez, the city lights of La Paz, various majestic views of the Gary Player Signature Golf Course, as well as the inter-basin of the world class 250-slip double basin marina. The townhouse is a 3-bedroom unit. (2) bedrooms feature king beds and the third bedroom features a bunk bed (single on top and double on the bottom), 2 bathrooms, Jacuzzi tub, fully equipped kitchen with a living/dining area, washer/dryer, two terraces, wireless internet, air conditioning and a reserved parking space. There are no stairs. A golf cart is available for ease of traveling within the resort. The Las Colinas subdivision has its own pool and cabana area.
There are many wonderful amenities that will be at your disposal at the resort. As a guest of my condo you have access to the private Blue Cortes Beach Club, which is located only a few feet away from the condo. The beach club features an infinity pool, Jacuzzi, children's pool, craft/play center and beach café/bar. Gym access is available through the hotel, and tennis court time can be scheduled at the beach club. For those guests looking for a spa day, massages are offered at the beach hut and the Espiritu Spa. The salon also offers a full array of services.
In addition to the above amenities my guest can play golf for a fee at the El Cortes Golf Club, a Gary Player Signature Course rated one of the ‘Top-Ten’ courses to play in Mexico. There is also a fun (Pitch & Putt) course to play. At the golf club, which is located on top of the hillside enjoy dining at the Cardon Restaurant. While at the clubhouse take in the magnificent views of the Bay of La Paz as well as the city landscape in the distance. The views are absolutely breathtaking. Bring a camera – it’s the perfect photo opportunity.
Puerta Cortes Resort has two marinas, restaurants, a mini-market, a medical clinic, 24-hour security, as well as numerous charter companies that provide adventure tours for diving, kayaking, swimming with the whale-sharks and snorkeling with the sea lions. Just north of the resort lies Isla Espiritu Santo, where you'll discover one of the greatest marine reserves in the world.
The City of La Paz is a charming colonial city with approximately 250,000 people. Enjoy strolling along the boardwalk “Malecon” located right along the waterfront, visit the local farmers market, galleries, cafes and the Cathedral. Or take a drive to Todos Santos, a picturesque artistic community that’s only 50 miles away. La Paz is a premier vacation destination with many options for you to choose from. Summary: We love La Paz and staying in the Las Colinas area. House was clean, rooms were spacious, air conditioning worked perfectly. We ran out of toilet paper so I texted the property manager and they brought extra within a few hours, which I greatly appreciated. The community pool and the view are stunning! Access to the beach club is a huge plus! Golf cart made travel to the beach club very convenient. Check in was extremely easy and communication was thorough and great! We will absolutely be back.

Summary: We stayed for 7 days. We love everything about this condo. Marlene provided us a golf cart to ride around the puerto Cortez resort. The golf cart was a big hit with our kids, it was quite thrilling for them!

Summary: This place is a little slice of heaven. The place itself has beautiful views. The property has everything you could want. It is pure luxury with exceptional service. The restaurants at the beach clubs and Barco have excellent food. The pools are gorgeous and the beach beautiful. It is about a 15 minute drive into the main part of town and you can get an Uber for 4.50. The resort is also always willing to get you a cab. I had one of the best massages of my life at the spa at Hotel Indigo. And zooming around on the golf cart is so much fun. I cannot recommend Marlene’s place enough- absolute luxurious relaxation. Plus, Marlene is a communicative and helpful host. You will be patting yourself on the back for your trip planning genius if you book this place!

Summary: Gorgeous views of the ocean, access to several amenities, rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the location, a quick drive to the Malecon and closer to beaches outside the city proper.

Summary: The property is stunning, great location for beaches, the Malecon, and resort amenities accessible with the golf cart; nice feature! The new resort owners are placing more restrictions on access by renters which may make some of the features of the resort inaccessible. Overall an outstanding property.

Summary: My family and I enjoyed Marlenes condo very much. My 13 year old and 11 year old had a blast. We stayed for 10 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. Use of the golf cart was a huge plus to get around the marina, golf course and down to the beach club. The beach club was beautiful, along with the amazing staff that became friends by the end of the trip. Thank you Daniell and Randy! There’s plenty to do and see within the resort like tennis, kayak, paddle board, golf or just relax down at the beach with beautiful views and sunsets. Downtown was a 5 min cab ride. La Paz is such a wonderful town and the people are amazing. We plan on coming back and hopefully stay in Marlene’s condo.

Summary: Enjoyed staying up the hill from the main resort. Great views. Everything so easy with the use of the golf cart to get us to the marina area with restaurants and coffee shop. The unit was impeccable. And Marlene was a welcoming host with lots of information ahead of our trip so we could plan our time there.

Summary: It is place to stay in La Paz. Spectacular views and facilities. It is a very quiet and safe place. The club house is fantastic. 5 minutes from the Malecón by car. We stayed in the pool until 9-10 pm... enjoying the sunset. Unique. You can have dinner by the marina without leaving the complex! We would only book this property if coming back to La Paz.
