" A Nepita " Luxury House is surrounded by a beautiful nature with breathtaking view over the sea and the forest. The House is beautifully designed and furnished with everything we brought from our trips all over the world. The living room features an elegant natural interior design, ruled by teak wood, rattan, a warm earthy color scheme and a tasteful collection of primitive artwork and sculptures.The vast living room with open kitchen and dining is situated alongside the overflowing swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped to the highest standards with an espresso machine, oven, steam oven, microwave and double door fridge. The house is completely air conditioned. For entertainment the living room features a large HD-TV with Apple TV and Netflix, Wifi and Sonos Sound System.
3 Large bedrooms and 1 Master bedroom with sea and forest views.
They all have spacious en-suite bathrooms .All bedrooms are air conditioned, 2 fitted with a HD-TV.
There are 3 comfy outside area : lounge deck, sun deck and summer kitchen (fully equipped) that looks out onto the pool, sea and forest.
The lounge deck is enormous and provides great views of the sea, pool and as well as the surrounding area. Fitted with loungers this area is amazing for evening cocktails or sunset drinks. A breeze during the day will always provide the necessary coolness. If we need to describe this place with one sentence it will be "A piece of heaven on Earth !!! "
We also rent the house with another agency so we do our best to update the calendar accordingly to the reservations we get with them as well.
