Four bedrooms - 2 double and 2 twin - sleeps 8 - air conditioned. All bedrooms access a terrace and have sea views.
Fully fitted American style kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, toaster and espresso coffee machine etc. Utility room with washing machine.
Large living room with flat screen TV, sofa and armchair, table with 8 chairs, baby high chair and air-conditioning.
One bathroom and two shower rooms plus 3 WC's.
Sloping, partly landscaped, gardens of approximately 1000m2 fenced on 3 sides.
Main terrace with 'L' shaped infinity heated pool (this is not a sauna ! it helps getting water warmer but do not garantee warm water when outside conditions are geeting unfavorable, especially during winter time). Stunning sea views. Summer kitchen with sink and refrigerator. Summer living room with sofa, arm chairs and a coffee table and a table with seating for eight. Gas BBQ.
Two further terraces with sea views.
Two parking spaces with private lift access to all levels.
Child cot available.
Wi-fi provided. Safe box.

Summary: The view from this villa is breathtaking. It is in a beautiful area, a great location and it has plenty of space. The rooms are all good sizes, perfectly clean and the Pool is amazing. We would definitely stay there again. Amandine was brilliant, we felt very welcomed and she gave very good instructions of how everything works in the house. The only downsides for us were some late night parties at Palais Bulles, 2 houses down, so it was like being next to an outdoor nightclub. I don’t know generally how often these happen but one night was extremely loud, still after midnight. The house is missing comfortable outdoor furniture. This is a shame as there are no comfortable chairs to sit on outside of an evening to enjoy the view. This would make a big improvement. We also struggled with large biting ants. Being that the house is set in beautiful gardens I’m not sure if this is something that can be addressed. The positives definitely out way the negatives. As I said we loved the house and would definitely stay again. My children felt sad to leave… I felt sad to leave. We have some lovely memories made and many photos of the beautiful view. Thank you

Summary: We had a lovely stay in this beautiful spot. It really is the perfect locale to explore most of the Côte d’Azur. We spent our first day visiting the beaches of St. Tropez and then the next day explored St. Paul de Vence, Cap d'Antibes and Cannes . On our final day, we took in both Eze and Monaco! The owners are very thorough and helpful with their communication as was their lovely house manager, Amandine. The views of the sea from almost every room are absolutely breathtaking.

Summary: This villa is absolutely wonderful! The view of the Mediterranean Sea from all three balconies is stunning! thank you Amandine for being so helpful and responsive to our needs!! Summary: Location is unbelievable. You Do need a car as cabs expensive and bc of Covid some restaurants which were walkable not currently available. However the hourly bus service number 22 is fantastic into Theoule and or along the coast into Cannes. Beautiful beaches to pick from. Wonderful beach club in Port de Mandelieu (Dolce Farniente) with beds / sofas and light snacks & drinks. If sun out especially the place Is faultless. Amandine was very helpful. And got us checked in safely.

Summary: The property was fantastic, only beat by the view from all rooms in the home. Great place to relax and take in the view. I was there during bad weather which did not even manage to ruin the experience. Frederic was great host, very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend staying there.

Summary: Frederic, the owner, was always very pleasant to communicate with. Upon arrival our family of 4 were met by Amandine who showed us around this beautiful villa and gave us a lovely gift basket. You do have to drive 15 minutes to get to the closest grocery store. There are restaurants close by. We had an amazing last night of the week meal at Les Freres de la Baie! The villa itself is spotless! The view stunning! One of my favourite things to do was float in the infinity pool and watch the many yachts sail by. We enjoyed a walk around the area passing Palais Bulles. The neighbouring property had a frog who serenaded us every night from 830 until the early hours of the morning. With the location of this villa we did lose the sun by 430 pm so our swimming was enjoyed in the morning. Thank you Frederic! We thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay!
