Located in a historical building, the property with space for 6 people combines a classic essence with modern and elegant. This flat features a very warm, cozy and quiet atmosphere. It has a very spacious living-dining room with great natural light and exquisitely finishes. Enjoy a fantastic dinner (table for six guest) with amazing views.There is a master en suite with king side bed (200x200), two more rooms with twins beds (90x200 each one), another complete bathroom, a separate room with washer
drier machine and cleaning products.
Kitchen fully equipped with all falicities.
Spacious closets.
Equipped with general air conditioning and heating.
Of course bedsheets, towels and all the amenities necessary are provided for.

Summary: We had a wonderful week in Roberto’s apartment. Excellent location close to many attractions and metro to get you to all others. The apartment is as described, clean and quiet. Lots of space for everyone. Robert was very helpful with information and any requests we had. Hope to be back!

Summary: We - a family from the US, including two kids ages 10 and 7, and this was our first trip to Spain - stayed here for six wonderful days. The place was exactly as described on the listing. The owner was there when we arrived and personally showed us around. Everything worked as expected in the apartment, e.g. the air conditioning during hot Madrid afternoons and hot showers during cool Madrid mornings; and, the owner was available when we had quick questions. The best part of this place is that it is so close to everything, e.g. the Palacio Real and the Plaza del Sol, it is close to multiple small grocery stores, and it provides a great pad to crash after going out for the day. This place helped us really appreciate and enjoy Madrid, so much so that we want to return again soon; and when we do, we will hope that it is available because we will definitely want to stay here again!

Summary: This was our 2nd time staying and after almost 2 years since the first time, I cant say enough about how perfect in every way this place is. We LOVED it and will for sure stay here every time we come to Madrid. From the location right around the corner from all of the best shopping, historical landmarks and restaurants, to the accommodations with modern bathrooms and kitchen, a lyft to get up stairs, central air and heat, laundry room with washer and dryer, to comfy beds, couch and large rooms, to one of the best views in Madrid right out of the living room windows, everything is perfect. Roberto is incredible, so nice and so easy to contact, super helpful and friendly to our family. It was so nice we could live there full time. If you are looking for the perfect place in Madrid, this is it!

Summary: We stayed with our family of 4 young adults for 9 nights. The apartment is large and spacious. We really enjoyed the location close to the palace and in the center of the old town. Great restaurants close by as well as the fun Mercado for tapas and drinks. Roberto is incredibly flexible and very easy to communicate with. He was very helpful.

Summary: We had an incredible stay. Beautiful condo with everything you could ask for. It was clean and perfect for our family with 3 teens. The location is incredible, walk to everything and fantastic restraunts right around the corner. Check in was super easy and Roberto was helpful with answering any questions. Would definitely stay again. Perfect for any family.

Summary: The property was beautifully situated in Madrid near Puerta del Sol and restaurants. It was near the Market of San Miguel and shops. The apartment faced a cathedral and parts of the city. It was quiet since it was on the fourth floor. It has been refurbished and was very comfortable. I would recommend staying here. Loved it.
