Neseli Villa is a beautiful privately owned villa with 4 bedrooms, all ensuite, in a quiet location with fabulous mountain views close to Dalyan Town centre which is full of shops, restaurants and bars, perfect for a lively night life. Designed by a British Architect to create a luxurious and comfortable holiday home, the villa has a large private walled garden within which is a 50sq. M swimming pool and a childrens paddling pool, poolside sun terrace and a shower, also a shaded dining area (kirsk) with barbecue and bar, complete with fridge. The villa sleeps up to 10 people, is fully air conditioned and has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and spacious lounge complete with TV, DVD and sound system for home entertainment. There are 2 double and 2 twin bedrooms and each has a terrace. Neseli villa is available for rent all year round and has good access and facilities to suit disabled visitors.

Summary: 4 couples we had a great time Villa is beautiful and well maintained. Everything has been thought of home from home. Pool is a lovely size and the garden is very pretty. Dalyan is a really nice place with plenty of bars and restaurants. Villa is well situated close enough to be handy but far enough away to be quiet. Overall perfect will definitely be back.

Summary: Great villa . Perfectly equipped and beautiful garden including pool and much needed shady dining and bbq areas. Position is second to none;close enough to meander to riverside restaurants or stumble back from bars at 3am - as our teenagers did.

Summary: Myself and my partner stayed at Villa Neseli with some friends and their small child. We were wowed by the villa on arrival and were not disappointed throughout our stay! Villa Neseli was immaculately clean with fantastic facilities. There literally wasn’t anything we needed that was not provided. It was great to have the TV and DVD player for the little one when it got too hot and he loved the children’s pool to splash around in. To be fair it was pretty handy to sit in and read a book too! The pool and gardens were maintained several times throughout our stay without any disruption to our sunbathing! The Villa is in a great location with a short few minute walk to the bars and restaurants. There is something for everyone. There is also a very helpful shop located a stones throw away at the top of the road. They sell all your basics, including wine and beer for a little afternoon, early evening tipple. The views of the mountains are a stunning backdrop whilst relaxing by the pool. There is also a lovely BBQ area which we also enjoyed! We hired a boat for the day which was a fantastic day out which we highly recommend. They provide drinks and a bbq lunch with was lush! Thank you so much to Chris Jayne and the Team for a fantastic holiday – expect to hear from us for next year!

Summary: This was our second visit to Villa Neseli for me, my partner and our 4 year old son. We spoke so highly of it following our first trip that some friends came to see it for themselves. Needless to say we were definitely not disappointed, the villa seems to get better with each visit. It really is a home-from-home, everything you could want from a villa holiday and plenty more. The four double bedrooms meant the villa was more than comfortable for 6 adults and a child, the living area is spacious and homely, the villa overall is spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped. There is plenty of outdoor space, the swimming pool is a great size and the terrace is perfect for sunbathing overlooking the stunning gardens. There is a BBQ and outdoor eating area which is perfect if you want to stay in. There is a washing machine in the depot which is great when you want to travel light, and especially when you have children. For children - the villa is fully enclosed, there is a TV and DVD player in the lounge so they can sit and watch their films, there are two outdoor seating areas in the shade so they can sit and play their games outside and out of the sun. There is a children's pool and outdoor toys/inflatables available which my son loves!! Dalyan town is a short walk away from the villa, it has many restaurants and bars (Four Season's is our favourite!) All the staff are very friendly and accommodating, they are great with the children, nothing is too much trouble. We went on a private boat trip to see the caves, some lovely coastal areas, and swam in the lake (very bizarre temperature changes in the water) this was amazing and definitely worth doing. I would like to thank Chris and Jayne, the owners of the villa, for sharing this delight and I can guarantee we will all be back again!

Summary: Just returned from a wonderful holiday at Villa Neseli. The villa is fabulous with everything you need; plus well maintained and clean. The view from the master bedroom is stunning – wonderful mountains! The garden is so beautiful and the pool always clean courtesy of the man who came to take care of it several times when we were there. The location is definitely one of the plus points; it really is just a few minutes to the river and just seven minutes into the real centre of town. Although just at the end of the street you have lots of bars/ restaurants and a great little supermarket for water/ eggs/ milk. Since it is so close to town we shopped most days and it was a real pleasure to use the butchers and greengrocers; the produce is so fresh and we overdosed on REAL tomatoes, cucumber and parsley salads. The ‘locals’ are really friendly and helpful, and Sinan paid us several visits to make sure all was ok. It’s also well worth organising the pick-up via Chris (and Sinan) since all went really smoothly despite the Thomas Cook flight delay on the way out.

Summary: We had a lovely time at this villa.Our party included 2 wheelchair users and 1 child of 5 and a baby of 11 months along with7 adults.Chris had a ramp made to help the wheelchair users up and down the single step in the property, the villa has everything you could possibly need , the books were very welcome. The property is extremely clean and well maintained. The transport from airport to house and vica-versa was on time and very helpful.The villa is very well situated just outside of town but not too far evrything within walking distance , town only 10 mins as is the river , you really dont need a car as the boats will take you where you need to go. The boat trips are well worth it. The locals are very friendly and helpful not at all pushy.The local restaurants are all good .The temperature was 40 degrees all week (14-21aug) so beware if you dont like it too hot! we were very greatful of the pool.You also need to remember mosquito spray for the evenings , these do not cause malaria , just a pest. I would recommend this property to everyone .Thankyou Chris for a great holiday.

Summary: The villa was well appointed - all the little touches that makes it obvious it is someone's holiday home, but that much more comfortable for us. The villa is literally a few minutes walk to the river and the nearest shops and restaurants, and less than ten minutes to the heart of the town. The pool was larger than we expected - very well kept and just the right temperature. Chris - the owner was very helpul both before and after the stay. Highly recommended.

Summary: We had such a great time in Villa Neseli, where we stayed for one week early June 2009. The villa is so luxurious and beautiful, and extremely well-situated in a quiet area yet only a few minutes' walk from the main street of the charming Dalyan. The views from the villa are amazing too. And the owners went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We traveled with two small children and they purchased a cot and two high chairs for the occassion, as well as arranging for two children's car seats in the transfer-car. The owners obviously love their villa and it is not difficult to see why. We couldn't have wished for a better place to stay!!

Summary: We can only reiterate what has already been said about the standard of the villa and its facilities and fittings. It was so clean when we arrived that everything looked and felt brand new and the 2 small chidren that were with us also had everything that they needed from the pristine travel cot to 2 high chairs. Having walked around the other areas where there were villas we all decided that Neseli was in the best location as it was so near the centre of town and yet was totally quiet and private. The shop on the corner was also a blessing when the milk and bread ran out and when ice creams were called for! We had booked a car that never turned up and after a day felt that it would have been a waste of time anyway as everything was so close and the boats went to all the best places. A great place for people watching as well, as the tour buses arrived with day trippers (mainly Russian) and we had the benefit of enjoying the town (village really) all the time. A great holiday venue and congratulations to Chris and Jayne and the management company Orca. PS The scenery was pretty stunning as well. Mum & Dad who went from the UK and daughter, son-in-law & 2 children who went from Azerbaijan. Neseli was the ideal meeting place.
