This gorgeous 4 bedroom 3 bath house sits on a beautifully landscaped waterfront lot with two private white sandy beaches steps from the house. A modern interior and large wrap around porch provides the perfect year round retreat. Spectacular views of Fisher's Island Sound and the mouth of the Mystic River are perfect for enjoying all seasons but spectacular for summer outside living, dining or cocktails. Two private sandy beaches with a suspended circular lounging bed and casual seating are ideal for sunbathing, swimming, fishing, sailing and family fun. After watching dramatic sunsets, the fire pit on the beach is wonderful for a quiet romantic evening or roasting smores with the children.
While spectacular in summer months, Morgan Point is gorgeous and blustery with sparkling water, sunsets and sunrise and cozy fireplaces throughout the house in off season months.
Two large bedrooms are upstairs with en suite bathrooms. These are furnished with sofas and chairs to relax and are equipped with gas fireplaces for a cozy atmosphere on the occasional cool summer night or off season. Each bedroom has large windows overlooking beautiful shore to shore water views. The third large bedroom is on the main floor with a panoramic west side beach view looking out toward North Dumpling and Fisher's Island. It shares a full bathroom with an adjacent 4th cozy bedroom, perfect for a child or a single guest. This smaller bedroom can also be converted into a home office. All enjoy spacious closets and luxury linens. There is room for 7 residents with an additional 2 if using the queen size air mattress.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen with a large SubZero refrigerator, stainless double ovens, a six burner Fisher Paykel gas cooktop, a Bosch dishwasher and a large capacity front loading Samsung washer and dryer. The kitchen looks out over the Mystic River and early risers can appreciate serene and colorful sunrises over the water. Depending on what season you choose to enjoy, dining options are outside or in with large expandable dining tables and panoramic views. The living room connects to the porch with a fully retracting Nana Wall door system and electric screen bringing the outside in. The 52 inch flat screen TV in the living room is for movies or the big game. Relax while you watch TV, read or surf the internet on comfy sofas and chairs, all while enjoying the views, in particular the spectacular sunsets over the west cove. A fully equipped children's playhouse with running water is a delight for young and old alike and easily supervised from the deck. There is garage parking and the main floor is accessible from the garage with a chair lift for elderly or disabled guests who choose not to walk the stairs.
Guests can relish the quiet seclusion and privacy of Morgan Point or seek out plentiful daytime activities and nightlife within close proximity. The renowned Abbott's Lobster in the Rough is within walking distance. Noank is a quaint fishing village to explore and finish up a morning walk with a gourmet breakfast at Noank's historic Carson's candy store and cafe. Downtown Mystic and its famous Seaport and Aquarium and a multitude of restaurants is a few mile drive from the house. Watch Hill and Misquamicut with expansive wavy Rhode Island ocean beaches are a short 25 minute drive. For those looking for day trips, the famous Newport RI is an hour away. For other adventures, one can take the ferry from nearby New London to Block Island or eastern Long Island.

Summary: Amy and Frank were wonderful and responsive hosts. The house is a home, perfectly clean and very comfortably furnished. The kitchen has everything a cook could want and the outdoor grill the best we have used. The photos do not do the grounds justice.They are beautifully landscaped and abundant with flowers which Amy encouraged us to cut and arrange.for the house. There are water views from every room, decks on both sides of the house so shade or sun can be found at most times of day. The beach is charming and private, mere steps from the house, larger that we expected and perfect for children or adults. We used it every day. Amy and Frank were helpful with local information i.e. where to shop for food, restaurants and so on. Carson's, the local soda shop, cannot be missed.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, highly recommend the property and hope that we will have the opportunity to return.

Summary: We had an absolutely lovely stay in late August. Our twin seven-year-olds adored the play house along with the private beach and the host of beach accessaries. My wife and I enjoyed being able to totally relax in a home that was perfectly situated on a narrow peninsula (views of sunrise and sunset), equipped with everything we needed, and wonderfully cared for. Amy and Frank were extremely gracious and thoughtful hosts who made us feel immediately at home. In addition, they provided excellent recommendations on where to eat and what to do in the local area. We very much hope to be back again in the near future.

Summary: Our stay was seamless. The home and setting where perfection!! The indoor outdoor living on both sides made for intimate settings to enjoy our family. The toys for adults and kids put the cherry on top! Summary: Stayed here with one other couple for New Year’s Eve. It was perfect in the off season to enjoy a nice fire and watch the sunset as the fishing/lobster boats returned. Amy was awesome with replying quickly to inquiries and making amazing recommendations for activities. We are coming back in the Summer so keep July open for us Amy :)

Summary: My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The property lived up to the pictures - with some pictures not doing it justice! The water views on three side of the property were beautiful, the play house in the yard far exceeded my expectations (my daughter couldn’t get enough!) and Amy was very quick to respond to any question we had. While there are some amenities that are no doubt better in warmer months (both on the property and the broader neighborhood), we were extremely satisfied and had a wonderful winter getaway.

Summary: We were 2 couples who stayed a week at this amazing property. The location is perfect, and rare - a private enclave on the tip of the cutest coastal town. The town is tiny but packed with beautiful scenery and friendly neighbors. The perfect spot to walk aimlessly. The house is beautiful. Well appointed with modern amenities, we never felt the need to venture out. The property is really something special, across 2 private beaches, you can experience sunrise and sunset, soak up the sun or find shade, feel the sea breeze or hide in a calm and peaceful spot. The grounds are meticulously manicured and the house is efficiently organized and stocked. The host, Amy, was so great. She addressed all my questions and concerns prior to the trip and during our stay was available for anything we needed. Check in and out were seamless. She maintains a clean, organized home, and shared the history and local gems to be found. We greatly appreciated it all. I would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back.
