8 Bedroom Villa in Torremolinos

Initially designed for the Sweedish Embassador, Villa Panorama was built to the highest standards with absolute privacy, top security and luxury fittings.
You can relax in the landscaped and picturesque gardens with ponds and water features, enjoy the heated pool equipped with night-lighting, have a siesta in the hammocks, on the sun-baked lounges around the pool, or in the Jacuzzi. There is also a crazy golf at the bottom of the garden, a football table and table tennis area, and a very large lawn area to play raquette sports. From the lounge or top terraces, you can admire the most spectacular views over the bay of Malaga while sipping your Rioja. You will experience such relaxing and private holiday during your stay, that you will probably not want to leave the villa once your have entered its grounds.
Inside the villa, you will find eight double bedrooms (3 large master bedrooms, 3 normal double, and 2 with 2 single beds each), seven bathrooms (4 ensuite, 2 shared, 1 outside near pool), two kitchens, two huge lounges each with their own large TV screen (65' TV in the top lounge, with Amazon Prime and Spanish cable TV from Movistar), other utility rooms, and over 100m² of terrace and covered patio. All rooms enjoy private air conditioning, and WIFI internet (80 Mb). There is also a double garage and ample parking space for up to 5 cars. Below the pool and next to the bottom garden, there is a covered games area with a ping pong table and few other leisure games.
Onsite, we offer many optional services such as preparing meals, BBQs, organising shopping for you, or taking you to various local excursion tours. As you may see from the various reviews from past guests, we offer excellent services onsite and are keen to make your holiday the most memorable.
Please note that the villa is generally booked on average 9 months in advance. We also generally favour weekly bookings by families or businesses, taken only from Saturday to Saturday from mid-April to end-October, although we are more flexible in the low season (November to mid April).
Access from the airport and to amenities and leisure is excellent: Less than 15 minutes from Malaga Airport, 5mn to the beach, 5mn to golf course, 5 mn to shopping and restaurants, and less than 20mn into Malaga centre. Marbella is within 30mn by the motorway.
There are 6 beaches within 2km: Los Alamos, Playamar, El Bajondillo, La Carihuela, Montemar, and El Saltillo which combine together to make up 7kms of sandy coastline. A large number of local dishes can be tasted at the numerous beach bars and pavement cafes, whilst those seeking international cuisine will not be disappointed by the 250 international restaurants scattered around the town of Torremolinos.

- KOMO KOMO is a local supermarket at 4min walk (300m away)
- ALDI and LIDL are around 6-7mn walk (600m away)
- There is a SuperCor with additional local stores and shops around, within 10mn walk.
- Torremolinos center is 1.6km away (or 1 mile). More than 250 bars and/or restaurants around.
Note: the lower floor was renovated in winter 2016/17 and there are now two nice double bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom, as well as direct access to the garden from this floor. An extra laundry room is also available on this floor.
Note about short stays: if your stay at Villa Panorama is less than 6 nights, we will ask that you pay a short-stay cleaning fee of €260 at check-in.

Summary: We were a group of 3 families with 6 adults and 6 teenagers and Villa Panorama was perfect for our stay. Lots of space, well equipped kitchen, beautiful sheltered pool and jacuzzi, quiet neighbourhood. The location is 30 minutes walk from the beach and main resort centre which maybe a problem for some but we enjoyed the walk downhill and often used taxis home which were cheap and easy to find. Special thanks to Daniel for sorting out a couple of minor issues during our stay with efficiency being on hand for advice.

Summary: We were a family of 14 members. There are a lot of place with several bathrooms, all the rooms are air-conditioned and a big familial kitchen. Daniel welcome us at our arrival. We spent many funny moment with him even a traditional spanish meal (gazpacho, tortilla, jamon iberico, ...). We picked up the mangos, a little bit too early for the lemons. Wonderful place to celebrate our birthday.

Summary: We were a family of 16 with ages ranging from 4 to 70 staying last week of August and thought the property was great. It was plenty big enough to hold everyone and still have room. The pool is fantastic, and the whole family spent a great deal of time playing in there. Daniel, the property manager, was great. He went above and beyond in making sure we all had a really good time and all our needs were met. His BBQ is definitely recommended (Tip: do it at beginning of week, so you can eat the leftovers for lunch over a few days!) Depending on ages/mobility, I would recommend hiring a car. The negative side to have such amazing views from being on top of a hill...is that you are on top of a hill! So while the beach is not a long walk, if you have bags, young kids or elders, it does make it a bit a harder walk, especially back. That said, Uber is readily available and may work cheaper than a car. Either way, just expect to wrack up a few taxi fares during your stay (the views are worth it. Especially in the sunrise) We all thoroughly enjoyed the villa and thank Daniel for his hospitality.
