Summary: We were here for a week and absolutely loved the views! The garden is huge and gives you a lot of privacy. The swimming pool is also really big. The pool is not heated, so when we were here in May, it was quite cold but for our kids no problem. Marco, the property manager, is super helpful and speaks 5 languages. We will definitely come back again

Summary: Extremely luxurious villa with everything you need. The pool is amazing - it's huge and has a wonderful view out to the Maddalena islands. You need a car to get anywhere but it's an easy drive to some stunning beaches around Santa Teresa. We had a great time.

Summary: A hilltop location with wonderful views of the Maddalena archipelago and cooling breezes. The quiet neighbourhood of a gated ‘village’ offered peace and privacy to enjoy the well equipped villa and beautiful pool. The property manager was very helpful. Plenty of great beaches in easy reach.

Summary: From the moment we booked our holiday in Sardinia at this property, communication was first class. Dirk responded to all messages very quickly. We should therefore not have been surprised to find Marco, the property manager, equally kind, welcoming and efficient at meeting us on arrival and answering a couple of queries we had during our stay. We’d also like to say a huge thanks to both Dirk and Marco for helping us enjoy the best, most relaxed check out we have ever experienced on a holiday. As for our time away itself, it was hard to find fault. It’s true the bathrooms could be improved and I do feel some of the beds and linen would benefit from an upgrade, but this did not affect our happy stay. The location of this property - positioned in a fabulous group of homes with electronic gated access - is second to none with stunning views. We could not take our eyes off the sea and boats in the distance. Information about where to visit was excellent and we adored exploring the fabulous local beaches every day as well as the huge pool back at the property. The living space inside the house is very good with all sorts of things you need in place including little things like shopping bags. The terrace was so peaceful. I got up every morning at 7am just to sit and enjoy the quiet and occasional chatter between the neighbours who were otherwise extremely quiet. Wifi was reliable. Santa Teresa, the nearby town, bustles at night, with a wonderful atmosphere. Restaurants there are excellent and everyone welcomed us so warmly. We are very sad to come home. If you are thinking of a holiday in Sardinia, this one we now know is going to be very very hard to beat! Book, and you won’t regret it. Thank you again for having us Dirk.

Summary: Fantastic views and outside space and close to beaches, shops and restaurants. Close to airport. Very helpful local manager who cleaned pool again following a night of high winds. One week was not enough....
