Summary: Nice big house with wonderful pool near Palma. Beautiful sunsets from the garden or the nearby caves. Good to have a rental car for excursions if you don't want to spend your entire holiday in the pool there is not much to do with in walking distance Contacts with owner was easy through Whats up. + big house, shaded patio, big clean pool, easy contact with owner - some of the furniture has seen better days. The beds in upstairs kids room needs to be changed- the mattresses in that room were so worn down not even our children could sleep there so they slept on the sofa. We bought wineglasses ourselves since it and some other things were missing in the kitchen. With just a little TLC this house would be a gem

Summary: Had a great time staying here. We were 8 adults. House was super spacious and we loved the pool and outdoor seating area. About a 20 minute drive from Palma which worked well for us. Highly recommend!

Summary: The villa is lovely but has potential to be fabulous. The pool area is great , large pool and plenty of sun loungers. This was a godsend as the temp did not go below 35’. The house was very hot at night which fans didn’t really help. Could do with air con. We were plagued by mosquitoes so take your citronella. The house badly needs door and window screens to avoid the pests getting in. The lounge has a musty smell and couches could do with an upgrade. One was covered in dog hair. The fridge did not keep produce cold enough although we had it at the coldest setting. We ended up throwing some food out. The grounds are large and my grandson had fun picking limes and pomegranates from the trees. The area is quiet with lovely views of the sea. Nice large balconies lead from two of the bedrooms. There are a couple of supermarkets very close by and also a few small restaurants. 30 minutes drive into Palma City. The one thing I would ask the owner is that he puts up a sign in the master bathroom about the floor being very slippery when wet. I slipped and fell coming out of the shower and have been left with bruising to my ribs. Jeroni was very polite and helpful and certainly a good host. Overall we really enjoyed our holiday.

Summary: The host was super nice and flexible, the place was very big and well furnished with clean towels and everything you need in the kitchen : we absolutely recommend. The house is a bit far from the city but it is the only down point.

Summary: Thank you Jeroni, !! what a nice time we had in the house. Everything was very clean and in working order, the communication was really perfect. We were with 9 / 10 geast (age 49) and we had so much fun, plenty of space and a great fiew. Hope to come back again Greatings Wilfred Brouwer
