Summary: We were in town for a family reunion and this was a great place for us to relax between gatherings. Nothing fancy but everything you need. The dock out back was a great place to spot birds, fish and even manatee!

Summary: We really enjoyed the waterfront location and spending time in the sunroom, seeing the occasional manatee, turtle, and all sorts of birds who we befriended. While the overall unit was relatively clean, it was evident no deep cleaning has been done in a long time. Host mostly addressed our other concerns.

Summary: This home and property is delightful. The spaciousness is impressive. And the home was wonderfully and thoughtfully furnished and equipped and feels very luxurious. We found it so easy to settle in and relax at this home. The owner is congenial, responsive and helpful. A dolphin visited the canal one day and we were captivated following his fin appearing as he toured the water way. We loved our stay here.

Summary: The property is in a terrific area. Safe, pleasant environment. The house could use some upgrades. The kitchen is excellent. Other areas could have been designed by Ozzie and Harriet. If you like jalousie type windows, then this is your place. The owner Bill is nice, but he doesn't say much. We told him about a security concern with the front door lock, and he never really dealt with it.

Summary: This home was a great location for us, and provided plenty of space for my family of 4. If you look at the pictures, you can tell the finishes and decor are not modern (I know some reviews complain about that… but feel the home was “as described”. Owner was very responsive to a few questions we had.

Summary: My experience at 3912 Topsail was relaxing. Everything was at our fingertips. Never got lost finding anything, everything was easy. Also fair pricing for the rental. I’d would recommend this property anyone who is new to the Florida sun.!
