Beautiful layout features two separate wings of the house. One with 2 bedrooms(one with a double and single bed and the other with a queen) and 2 full baths (one bath with door to the pool) and the other wing with master bedroom(king bed),walk in closet, master bath and 4th bedroom(queen). 2 bedrooms have sliding glass doors out to the pool,a great way to wake up in the morning.
Large great room with vaulted ceilings, fireplace and wet bar is perfect for relaxing watching the big screen TV. Formal dining room seats 8
and opens to the pool deck,perfect for entertaining.
Full kitchen with vaulted ceilings and skylite includes all appliances,dishes,utensils,double door fridge with ice maker,dishwasher,microwave and cooktop. Pantry provides spices, oils and necessities for cooking. Outdoor kitchen features Jenn Air grill perfect for grilling and enjoying brunch at the outdoor patio table around the pool.
Kitchen seating area has 2 walls of glass doors to the pool and plenty of seating at the table or 4 stools at the island.
Living room features leather sofa,loveseat and chairs for entertaining before dinner and faces out to the large front yard and quiet street.
The large screened pool area backs onto a Conservation Area and there is also a creek and green space along one side of the house providing complete privacy at the pool.
This home has just been newly decorated featuring all new furnishings,mattresses,linens,appliances.
2 car garage with driveway. Both a mens and ladies bicylces available to tour the neighbourhood, run to the grocery store, or travel the 37 miles along the Gulf of Mexico on the Pinellas Trail.

Summary: Very comfortable, Kids and adults loved the pool and beach items. 7 people stayed for 2 weeks and had plenty of room. Close to everything.

Summary: My family and I stayed here for 10 days the first week of April. We really enjoyed the pool during the 85-90 degree weather we had while we were there. We used the pass for Honeymoon Island State Park one night to watch the sunset but preferred the pool as far as for swimming. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for preparing our meals. The home is located in a small subdivision and is secluded from the hustle and bustle of the area. Whenever we needed to contact Linda with a question she was quick to respond and take care of our requests. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

Summary: We had a great stay in Linda's villa. The description and photos are exactly as the property is presented. Linda is a great host, quickly answering any questions we had both before and during our stay. The villa is large, we were a group of 8 and there was more than enough room. The pool is huge and heated, with a properly deep deep end (12 foot). The estate appears to be largely residential, with all of the neighbours we met very friendly. There's lot of things to do a fairly short drive away - honeymoon island is lovely, Clearwater Beach about 20 minutes away, Dunedin even closer and a very nice little town, Busch Gardens about 20 miles away, and Countryside Mall with a Macy's, Cheesecake Factory and cinema amongst others around 10 minutes away. Thanks for a great stay Linda.
