Summary: Our Ohio and Arizona families gathered to remember our dad on what would have been his 100th birthday. The house was in the perfect location for us and in a beautiful neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house to anyone looking for a place near or in Anderson township.

Summary: We enjoy our stay but the only problem we had we need adult beds and all room and the bump were one room which was an inconvenience but other than that thank you for your hospitality. It was a beautiful home. Thank you so much. Will recommend it to everybody to stay there.

Summary: The house had more that enough room for the 6 of us. This place was only 10 -15 minute drive to downtown. Neighbor was great. Swimming pool, tennis court was great. I would return.

Summary: The house itself was very nice, however the toilets in two of the bathrooms need work. Also the house wasn’t as clean as we had expected.

Summary: Property was nice but housekeeping/cleanliness of property left something to be desired. Carpeting/ wood floors not vacuumed or cleaned. Misc items on the floor (hair, bits of paper etc). Kitchen counters weren't cleaned and kitchen garbage not emptied. Upstairs hall bath, 3 of the 4 light bulbs, burnt out. Master bath toilet seat was broken. Back of couch broken. Tried to reach the host with no success. VRBO unable to contact host as well. Finally was able to text the host the next day and get a response. Explained the items of concern. He stated that his other guests never had any issues. He suggested that "I find some where more suitable to stay". Text conversation sent to VRBO. Handyman did come out for repairs. I wouldnt accept this from a hotel let alone anywhere else I paid to stay. Any other VRBO stays I've done was never treated this way. Housekeeping always communicated issues to the host so they could be addressed. I feel this isnt happening here.

Summary: Great house for large family, stayed here for my daughter’s graduation and it was perfect! Plenty of room, we enjoyed outside, the games, pool table. Would stay again if in the area.

Summary: The registration process was quick and easy. I had to make a change to the dates and the property manager took care of this efficiently. He was helpful and friendly throughout this interaction and throughout our stay. The house was nice and was easy to access from major streets in the area. We had activities at Turpin High School and were glad it was so close. The home had a pool table and multiple board games that we enjoyed playing. There were TVs in several locations. The only disappointment was the 4th bedroom was in a semi-finished basement with no bathroom on that level.
