Negative: Very tired & needs a lot of renovations. I was missing the front off drawers in the kitchen & lace curtains were full of dust. With a complete overall these apartments would be great

Positive: Did not have breakfast. Location chosen as near friends we were visiting. The facilities are quite good, but gardening needs some attention for weeding. Otherwise the gardens and outdoors are quite a delight, as was the pool - beautifully clean. The bed was quite comfortable, linen was scrupulously clean, and the kitchenette was well supplied with all the basics. The lounge is a most comfortable space and set up with air-con and space heater, and modern TV.

Negative: Garden maintenance seemed lacking - a pity since the garden flora demonstrate some initial great care and imagination in the establishment thereof. The car park area had a couple of nasty potholes which could be a trap in the dark. The insect screens in the combined bathroom/toilet/laundry had patched-up holes, which is fine but realistically a temporary fix. Also some damage to the bedroom door panel (which was not a problem, just looked "off") and the venetian blinds need replacement.

Summary: We only stayed briefly for the one night; price seemed high, but could be OK for longer stay.
