One of the most beautiful areas of Connecticut, Branford is home to lovely beaches and excellent dining options. Rated at ones of the safest towns, it’s an excellent choice to stay when visiting New Haven.

Summary: This house was even larger than suggested by the listing. More like 5 bedrooms because there is a huge separated bedroom attached to master - 5 beds plus futons and pullout couches. Very spacious living/dining area to hang with family. Kitchen could be stocked better. We had to go purchase pans and extra cutlery. Most of the windows did not have coverings and some of the bedrooms overlooked the street. Overall, great place to stay for family holiday get together.

Summary: Host was prompt in answering my text after we checked in. House was very comfortable but needs some updating especially a banister down to the play room. There were only 5 towels for7 people but the host quickly sent over more and the tv in the living room didn’t work a new Roku arrived on the door step. All in all we had a great weekend.

Summary: Our stay was great! The home has plenty of beds for everyone to stay in. At the time we stayed in the home it was under renovations, but it did not affect our stay or part of the home that we were using for the weekend. If we had any questions, the host was very quick to respond! Overall we had a great stay and would stay again if we are in the area again!

Summary: Ali is a very thoughtful host who went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. The home was stocked with necessities, lots of towels, and very clean. It is on a quiet residential street with a large fenced back yard. Plenty of parking. Open floor plan meant I could cook for our family while still being part of the conversations. Our older parents appreciated that there were not a lot of stairs. Younger cousins loved the ping pong table. Great watching sports together in the huge living room on a large tv. Branford is a beautiful town and we would stay there again. Thank you for a great weekend!

Summary: The house is spacious, comfortable and quiet with everything we needed to entertain while all being minutes from what New Haven has to offer. The host Ali was very helpful during our stay and went out of his way to make accommodations for us for an early check in. We visit New Haven once a year to see family and will certainly be staying here again. Thank you for hosting us, we really enjoyed our stay!!!

Summary: This property was under construction which we did not know that when we booked it. When we arrived finding that the main foyer floor had not been mopped. Upon inspection of the house we found live wires in a closet and missing plate covers for plugs. When you walked outside on the back deck the floor boards bounced and there were nails sticking up on them. The rails for the steps where loose. The fence in the backyard was destroyed, did not cover the whole property and the gates did not close. We had to keep are dogs on leash because of this. There where no handrails going down to the laundry room which was as the end of the house by the garage. Also the dryer was vented right into the garage. The master bathroom if you can call was missing a mirror and the shower curtain was held by multiple shower rods. The tub is not jetted per the description of the house. The master bed is to low to the floor, if you have bad knees or hips it would be hard to get of that bed. Are first night there we found that the sheets had not been washed or changed. We had to contact Ali at 930 at night to find more sheets. Also there wasn't enough towels for everyone which we had to ask for. We asked where vacuum was twice and Ali was unable to answer, we had dogs and we wanted to keep things cleaned. In the kitchen we find that both coffees did not work and one had mold in it. When we left we stripped all the beds and found out that they hadn't been washed either. We did not find boards games.

Summary: If your looking for a nice house to relax In not far from New Haven this is a great choice. Very private driveway to very private property and an amazing house. Very close to I95 yet can't hear any noise inside the house. Great deal for the money. The house is extremely large and the living room and kitchen area are perfect for spending those rainy days inside watching Netflix. Ali the house was a breeze to deal with and he is very prompt to answer and accommodate. He will respond woth the quickness and take care of whatever needs to be done. You won't regret taking a chance on this house. Can't wait to spend more time here! 5 star rating
