Summary: Great location, by downtown Calgary and in a beautiful beighbourhood. The house itself was modern and spacious and wonderful to stay in.

Summary: Booking was so easy, the host was so responsive and communicative! The check in process was a little confusing once we arrived at the property but the host was very quick to answer our questions and responded immediately! So that was great! The property was clean, however didn’t seem like the carpet was vacuumed at all, and there was of course some tape and stuff leftover on the walls from past groups, super minor! And some hair in the jet tub inside (I don’t use those anyways so not a biggie) so it was overall alright! But kitchen and main areas were clean, and the beds and sheets were nice and clean as well so that was good. I would recommend bringing your own towels, as there was very few and some were stained, especially if you’re hottubing it’s good to have lots of towels. They did feel clean so that’s good. The layout of the property was great for our group, we went for a girls weekend and having different areas was so awesome! We could hottub for a bit in the back yard, then we chilled in the main kitchen area, then we spent time upstairs in the cozy living room and played games! The location couldn’t have been better! We walked to brunch, and could easily get a quick 5-10 min Uber to downtown (although be prepared, the Uber was very expensive ($25-$40 for one way trip on Fri-Sat for Uber XL) especially when the demand was high, if you can cab it with a small group I’d say so that instead or even take two cabs it would probably be way cheaper). Downtown is a must do if you’re with friends, we spent every night on Stephen Ave! We had the BEST time! Some of our favs were National on 8th for a more chill bar club vibe so cool, it’s rooftop right downtown! And Cactus Club! We also went to Betty Lous Library, it was our FAV thing we did all weekend, you must look it up and try to go! As mentioned above the listing doesn’t list a hottub but there was one out back on a deck, which got lots of sun so that was so nice! It’s somewhat private, one side of neighbors is very close to the hottub area and there is quiet hours so we had to be mindful of course! But the hottub was hard to get the right temp, it was either scolding hot or luke warm, so check the temp when you get there! We found 85 to be the magic number lol! It was also pretty clean, there is some product in the pantry if needed. Overall, GREAT experience. We couldn’t have had a better time! The house was great, location was great, would definitely go again!
