Summary: The hotel staff was very helpful and kind. The room was clean, but a bit run down. Good breakfast biscuits and gravy, eggs and sausage, The area you can tell was a nice area at one time. Now the outer areas are run down and didn't give the safe feeling. I would stay again if it was a quick stay.

Summary: It was a very comfortable stay, the hotel had such a good all-around environment, in the middle of OAK. Nice views, nice continental breakfast, we spent some time in the hot tub and met very nice people who were staying. Got some delusions Margaritas at the bar too!

Summary: In town for work overnight. The manager was very helpful and service oriented......The Room was so peaceful working at the desk in my room hearing the birds. Great food in the Bar/restaurant or sent to should to try the food its great . I will defenitley stay there again should the need arise

Summary: Hospitality was good at the desk and at the lounge. We did not want to have sheets or towels changed out because our belief in water conservation. That was accepted. A better refrigerator was brought in when the one we had didn't work. All in all a good stay. I would have preferred some kind of night light in the bathroom but I dealt with it. All in all the room was comfortable, the king sized bed especially. Two sticky spots on the rug near the desk was all that was a miss there. The view spectacular. Breakfast was well provided.

Summary: It was a bit noisy at night over the weekend with people slamming their doors until after midnight. It was graduation weekend. Road noise constant unless you got a river view room. Beds comfortable. Water warm, shower pressure adequate. Breakfast included. Geese & goslings fun to watch at breakfast.
