Summary: The room smelled. The bathroom had a tub I wouldn’t use Small and enameling was chipped . No ice available . Outside was in poor condition. Did have an oversized tv. with limited channels. Would have changed but were committed.

Summary: Overall this place is worse than the 6.8 rating. Towels had stains, pillows had hairs on them, toilet was dirty, door was filthy, walkways were unswept — just an old, beat motel. Definitely stay at at the Interstate 8 motel instead if you’re coming to Lakeview

Summary: The room was clean but, pretty much everything in the room was dated. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. We were directed to a great Mexican restaurant.

Summary: Hotel was clean but very dated. Our next trip through the area we will find a different spot. If you’re simply looking for a room to sleep, take a shower and rest for the price this hotel works fine.

Summary: We were a late check in but the manager had us taken care of in minutes! The room was comfortable, and with the exception of a couple of spider webs in the corners of the ceilings, was quite clean. There was AC, heat, fridge, microwave, coffee maker (which required a thourough cleaning before use), blow dryer, and flat screen. The shower/tub valve would not stay in place and I had to finagle a way to keep it where I wanted it. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room was quiet. we both slept very well. The property is old, but seems to be well maintained. The stairs are very narrow so be careful using them!
