Positive: The staff were very professional and courteous. The two gentlemen running Executive Inn in Kilgore went above and beyond in providing exceptional customer service to my fiancée and I during our recent extended stay there.
Negative: I hated the fact I had to move on. The hotel is great, very affordable, and in a convenient location.

Negative: The bar lock was missing. And when I left my room to go to family event. I returned and the staff had come in and turned the ac up so when I got back my room was stagnant. It was 96 degrees outside and the room in snot well insulated. So the room was stingy and felt humid
