Positive: Nice firm beds, good water pressure and a big refrigerator! Big parking lot with lots of room and easy to access from the main road. Nice hosts both times I want to the office.

Negative: It was a little dark with only 4 small can lights on three different switches. The door didn't seal as I could see light almost all the way around the door and even had a small hole in the bottom of the door that I could see light through. This is noted because we had 50 mph + winds the first night I stayed. No coffee available on the property, or any other drinks or food.

Positive: Spacious room. Comfortable furniture. Enclosed carport. Very quiet all niht

Negative: Sheets were stained and had holes in them.
