Our house is just 2 minutes away from Brunello Golf Course The house is a comfortable side split with a garage and features 3 bedrooms two bedrooms upper level bedroom with AC level and one bedrooms in the lower level and 2 bathrooms. The upper-level has a custom bathroom with a double jacuzzi and a stand-alone shower.
The house can hold 6 adults and children. Large custom open concept kitchen with five appliances. There is a HRV heat recovery ventilation system in the house and the heat pump with AC. The house has 4 doors one on each side when open you have great air flow
The garage is accessible and being used as your own Fitness Center there is a treadmill elliptical machine a rebounder an assortment of lightweights. There is a lot of parking in front of the garage and around the house. The home has a wrap-around deck with an area just outside the dining room for dining outside. Also there is a sitting area on the deck just outside the living room accessible full set of French doors the deck Features has a fire pit in the backyard There is high speed internet and cable in the home.
We are excited and ready to serve and do our best so as you have a wonderful experience visiting Nova Scotia .We will be there for you if you need us but for the most part we will stay out of your way.
Our house is very Central just 10 minutes from shopping shopping and movie theaters. Downtown is 15 minutes you have places to go and will find 15 minutes away same as Peggy's Cove and another 5 minutes and you'll be at Oak Island also in the same areas you'll find Queensland Beach. If you have a longer stay you can reach Cape Breton on the Cabot Trail within 5 hours and spend a couple days there or venture over to Prince Edward Island for the weekend. You can go for the day to the Bay of Funday and do white water rafting. You can go to Lunenburg and visit the birthplace of the blue nose.
So whether you need the house for vacation for for coming to Halifax for corporate meetings or just to relax in a country atmosphere this may be the place for you so please book today

Summary: Where to start? Easy to book. Great communication with Larry. Very responsive and helpful but not intrusive. Beautiful home. Lovely big kitchen. Comfortable beds. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Easy to find. We wanted for nothing. The pictures do not do it justice. Thanks for the great visit!!

Summary: Due to hurricane we have no electricity or heat when we got up on second morning so we had to leave a day early. We asked owner for a refund but have not heard from him. How do we get a refund?

Summary: Larry was excellent! We had to check in later than 3 pm and Larry was so accommodating! House was so clean and so big! There was everything we could possibly need in the house. Kitchen was fully stocked, even cozy throw on the sofa and an umbrella for the rain. Larry lives close by which made us feel comfortable knowing he was near, he even warned us of an accident on the highway on the morning of our departure and suggested the best driving route for us to take. Being a large family group, this vrbo suited us perfectly! Thanks for everything Larry!

Summary: The house was outstanding in furnishings, accommodating every need and then some. The only problem we had was no A/C in the upstairs! It did cool down at night, we opened all windows after dark and had fans running, but the cornered back bedroom with only one window just didn’t cool down and I’m not use to sleeping with two fans running. Larry was delightful and very helpful. He’s a man of many talents with much conversation. Thanks for sharing your home 😊

Summary: Told by property owner to call when we picked up our transportation at the airport. Tried for over 2 hours and finally called VRBO support who were finally able to reach him. Said his battery died. Meant we checked in much later than we wished. Our party that arrived from the UK were exhausted. House advertised as having AC but turned out only to be on main floor and lower level so the upper 2 bedrooms were ferociously hot. Was told to close windows during the day so rooms never cooled. Property looks very high end but stair rail to basement was almost falling off making the stairway dangerous. Also steep stairs to upper level may not be appropriate for some and rug at the bottom was removed as it had no nonslip backing and 2 of us slipped and fell. Jet tub in upper bathroom has very sharp corners so could pose a risk if someone fell against the corners especially as floor is slippery especially when wet. Bed linens and towels were lovely. Kitchen well stocked for cooking with dishes pots etc. and even spices and oil etc. good location for getting to and from Halifax and lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.

Summary: This beautiful home is far better in person than the photos show you. A very cozy and comfortable house full of Nova Scotian charm. The beds are very comfortable, the house is immaculately clean, the neighborhood quiet, location was perfect for us to be between Chester, Hubbards and Halifax. Owners are great, very friendly. Would highly recommend, and would like to return again next time we are in town! Loved our stay!

Summary: Had a wonderful time here. Owner is great and accommodating. Close to lots of shopping and sits on route 3 which is the lighthouse route. Plenty of parking as we had two vehicles with trailers towing 3 motorcycles. The house is on a hill so the driveway is long but had no issues navigating it with either vehicle. Thanks Larry for a great stay.
