Located at the Mirador San Jose, Manabi, Ecuador, the gated community has plenty of amenities including many parks, an adult and children`s pool, a FIFA accredited soccer field, tenis courts, basketball nets and a lot more.

Recently built (March 2014), three bedroom, three bathroom executive beach front vacation rental in the Mirador San Jose community. This property can sleep up to 6 guests. Main floor has a large gourmet kitchen with a raised breakfast bar and beautiful granite counters. The bright dining room has a door leading to the landscaped backyard and the beautiful infinity pool! Second level has three bedrooms including the master bedroom with a private ensuite and a private balcony overlooking the Pacific Ocean. All bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space which is great for extended stays. Don't forget the roof top terrace! Some guests have spotted whales from the rooftop! Guests can use the washer and dryer located inside the villa free of charge during their stay.

The villa is located South of the City of Manta on the Western coast of Ecuador. The Mirador San Jose property is bordered by beautiful tropical vegetation from palm trees to the colourful hibiscus. The Ecuadorian flora is truly magnificent! Your comfort during your stay is very important to us. This is why we have arranged for the highest quality of products in our villa. Each room of the property has comfortable, clean furniture and is professionally decorated. Our kitchen also boasts plenty of cooking tools but also some of the local spices. Summary: We made the trip to Ecuador and Peru late last year with my wife and 2 children. Towards the end of the trip we visited Casa Primos in the province of Manabi for a relaxing few weeks during the Holiday season. Everything was as described and the villa exceeded my expectations. The beach was great and the kids had a great time at the pool.

Summary: stayed last two weeks February. new beachfront property with nice infinity pool. The rooftop terrace provided incredible sunset dinners, every night. awesome endless beach - with gentle slope and nice surf. Property managers and owners were genuinely interested in ensuring we had a nice stay. Location a little remote from commercial activity - nice if you're looking for a change from busy commercial activity. large scale shopping was available about 50 minute drive ( Manta ). Quality furnishings, new construction and beachfront (unobstructed views of the Pacific and Isla Plata) were appreciated. Would/will stay again.

Summary: All week I kept thinking, wow how breathtaking! It felt like a dream. The villa has a stunning back yard with an infinity pool and view of the beach, I was in my own little tropical oasis. We would enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner on the backyard or terrace table all while listening to the soft murmur of the waves and watch the sunset. Casa Primos has great amenities such as internet, tv with movies and music, fullly equiped kitchen with a water machine, barbeque on the top terrace and rack to dry clothes. The casa is modern, clean and felt like home. It was a great romantic getaway, but is also perfect for families since it can sleep 6 people. The Mirador San José is a great developing complex with a mini-market at the entrance where you can buy many things from water to snacks, to filet mignon, shrimps, fruits and vegetables, liquor, beer and cleaning supplies. I already plan on going back, I would definitly recommend to anybody!

Summary: Traveled to the Mirador San Jose (MSJ) in April 2014 and stayed at Casa Primos. Co-owners, Marc and Roch, were very responsive the minute we inquired about their property. They followed-up with a phone call and answered many questions we had about the location and the property. In addition, they prepared us for our stay by sending us a package of things to do – ranging from excursions to a list of local furniture stores. The property is located in the first row (Zone A, Lot 1-16) and offers the best view of the ocean. Casa Primos may be sitting on the best lot of the Mirador San Jose! The views from the balcony and the rooftop terrace are breathtaking. Did I mention the view from the rooftop Jacuzzi!? The furnishings are also very tasteful. The master bedroom is modern and clean and has a walkout balcony, which faces the ocean. The other two bedrooms have Ecuadorian bamboo beds which offer a nice local touch. The Property Manager told us that the Ecuadorian furniture was purchased in a nearby carpentry school. In brief, I would definitely stay here again, even though the MSJ is still a work in progress. Since Casa Primos is located in the first row, the property is isolated from the noise and ground work from other zones. To all potential clients, you won’t be disappointed if you stay at Casa Primos.
