This is the perfect rental. Relax and unwind in this fully furnished, beautifully decorated home located 2 blocks from Crown Isle golf resort. The home has an open concept plan with living, dining and fully equipped kitchen, perfect for entertaining or kicking back to watch a movie on the 65" smart TV.
This home has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, one with a large soaker tub. The large primary bedroom has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed.
The den/office is a perfect place to get some work done or watch a movie. Complete with comfy sectional and desk, printer and a 55" flat screen TV. A cot is available for additional sleeping.
The large, private fenced back yard is beautifully landscaped, complete with lounge area, dining area, propane fire table and gas BBQ and water feature.

Summary: Our Courtenay accommodations were a wonderful place to call home for a few days as we explored the island with our family. The house and property is beautifully maintained and very close to stores, restaurants and other amenities.
