Summary: Nice apartments. The apartment is fully stocked with all the essentials (kitchen utensils, linens, spices, etc.). We enjoyed our stays!

Summary: Overall, the apartment was just as advertised. Although there were two major issues, they were both resolved in a timely fashion. Check in information was not provided until day of travel when I requested it again and got VRBO customer service involved. When we arrived at 8:00pm, the envelope with the key had a different name and unit number than our reservation. Property manager arrived to the office within a few minutes with the correct key. The next morning, when making breakfast, I pulled a pot out of the cabinet. This had cooked food in it that was just placed back into the cabinet to grow several different colors of mold on it. Housekeeping came within the hour to take care of it. Everything else was clean and it appeared as if linen had been changed. Management's quick response to the issues is what saved this stay and why I still gave it 4 stars.

Summary: We had a weeklong stay in the Seattle area for a surgery for my daughter. Rather than be cooped in a hotel we opted to look at VRBO and landed on the Timberlake Apartments. Thomy was an amazing hostess. Very responsive to issues and provided clear and concise communication on how to check-in and check-out; I wish everything my life was as organized as she obviously is. The apartment was very clean and had plenty of room for our family of 4. The location made it very easy to get in and around every where we needed to go across the area and if we get a chance to head back up that way, we will definitely be looking at this property again for our stay.

Summary: Our stay with Timberlawn Apartments & Executive Suites truly has been a "Home/Office away from our home/office." The setting and location could not be more perfect. The detail which Timberlawn places on guest comfort, modern amenities and supplies, cleanliness, consideration of/for our neighbors (and theirs for us), landscaping, staff friendliness professionalism and timeliness in accommodating cleaning and/or repair schedules is superior. Whenever we had a question, the PM (Thomy Hamilton) was always available and quick to respond. We will come back and stay with Timberlawn Apartments and Executive Suites in the future. We are blessed, thankful and appreciative for all that was provided as outlined herein.
