Summary: This was a clean, comfortable space in the perfect location. It was walkable to campus, downtown, and nearby to my favorite cafes, bookstores, and shops. I was able to cook in the kitchenette and relax in a way that was more homey than a hotel, and didn't need a car to get around. The Ann Arbor Fall Festival was steps away. Touring the Big House was a highlight of our weekend!

Summary: Good location. Large accommodations. I wished I had known about the no one available on site. Check in very weird and not spelled out. I wanted to have my daughter stay one night but no way to get a cot or anything else I needed (toothbrush)

Summary: I will say the space was nice, but the room wasn’t as clean as it could have been. The floors were dirty, as shown on the bottom of our feet. The only other complaint was trying to get in to the property with your bags. Having a dedicated space in front of the building to unload, and/or, at least, having a luggage cart to help with getting your bags to your room would have been very appreciated.

Summary: Will definitely stay here again if I am in the area. I did not speak with anyone in person but everyone that helped via text and email was great and helpful. Good location in a cool city.

Summary: Great concept in a fantastic location! We loved using the roof and that it was so comfortable for us and our dog. Only negative was that the hallway smelled so strongly (a smell best described as used cat litter?) that it carried into our apartment

Summary: I stayed here with my sister and her dog and we had a GREAT time. Our location was right in the middle of everything in Ann Arbor. The unit was super clean and very comfortable and nice to have a big space to go back to. We were able to walk everywhere. Our car was parked in a municipal parking garage and we could see the car from our balcony!

Summary: The location was perfect! The room was fantastic! The check in process was a very frustrating 50 minutes of codes that didn’t work and a room that hadn’t been cleaned.

Summary: I had to call every time I entered the building. Each time I called, I was told that the next time it would be fixed. Some one at the building told me to leave my door open to make sure I could re-enter... well as a single traveling woman, I decided that wouldn't be very safe
