Positive: Great location, very nice remodel, easy street parking.
Negative: The motion sensor bathroom light switch will wake up everyone in the bedroom. If staying with kids, bring a nightlight for the bathroom and tape up the motion sensor.

Positive: Very modern and well designed apartment, Great for 2-4 people. The Area was beautiful, and the service and hospitality from the host was superb.
Negative: Quite far from all of the ubahn lines, and in a very residential area with very little facilities. Could have provided more amenities, and resources such as coffee pods for the machine, more towels and pillows, a kettle etc…
Summary: Our stay was great and would recommend the property.

Positive: The neighborhood is amazing. Very calm and close to the Center of the town either by public transportation or by car. The apartment is very clean. The apartment is more suitable for 2 persons since the sofa bed is in the living room and when the bed is open there is not so much space. The communication with the host was immediate and we had no worries. The instructions we received were more than enough. Very nice place to pass your holidays.
Negative: Most of the things that need improvement have been communicated to the host and I believe that they will take care of them. Just to mention in terms of operation - The bathroom is ensuite in the bedroom so if you are 4 persons there will be some disturbance. Also the the separation wall between the bathroom and the bedroom doesn't reach the ceiling so there is no sound isolation. - Window shutters need repair because they do not work. - A glass partition would be nice in the shower so that water doesn't go out during shower. - In the kitchen there is no air extraction so do not try to cook because there will smell all around.
Summary: Excellent Stay at a nice place in a beautiful neighborhood
