Summary: Property is clean, spacious and has all the essential needs for a family vacation. Just little things that weren’t deal breakers but would suggest to make stay more pleasant. Wood floor is way too squeaky, understandable some noisy but any little movement upstairs by bedrooms you would wake up everyone. Bathroom downstairs started leaking into the laundry room. Temperature in the basement couldn’t be regulated, it was way more cold than upstairs. Plates in the kitchen didn’t look clean, would be nice if there was a dishwasher. Everything was clean but the floor carpets all were stained and need a wash. But like I said none of this got in our way but in order for it to be 100% then all of the above should be taken care of.

Summary: Property was clean, fresh linens, good amenities. Big TV, fully stocked kitchen, key ref with coffee. Unfortunately there are multiple things that were broken and/or poorly patched, and it’s pretty clear the owner doesn’t care about this property. Examples: an open outlet, broken tiles covered with tape, shower floor tray unseated to the drain and not sealed which led to water seeping through walls, veneer peeling on doors covered with tape.

Summary: Had seven family members in town. Plenty of space for everyone to relax and not be on top of each other. Convenient location near airport and expressways. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Summary: Our family really enjoyed our visit. The house was very clean, plenty of towels. Loved that it had washer/dryer. There were 5 of us and it was perfect. I highly recommend this place.

Summary: My friends and I stayed here during a group vacation to Chicago. In short, the house is clean, spacious, and full of amenities. We especially loved the basement level where we could hook up a game console and chill for the night. The AC works well, the washer and dryer are also great, and the kitchen is well-equipped. Overall, it was an awesome place to live in, and when we come back to Chicago, this place will be on the top of our list of places to consider renting.

Summary: great place to stay. Very nice neighbor hood. The Fire pit was nice to sit outside and enjoy. For those with mobility issues this may not be a good pick. We thought since it's split level we could manage the stairs but they were tricky even though they are 1/2 a flight they were built back when stairs were steeper. The property owner was very responsive to any issues that may have popped up and quickly fixed them. Overall great stay with plenty of amenities.
