We are located on Historic Summit Ave in St. Paul. The house was built in 1906 on the most preserved Victorian boulevard in the united states, and has the features of a high end home but the details and craftsmanship of a beautiful old home.
The home is one block away from fun and exciting Grand Avenue, 10 minutes to downtown St. Paul and 15 minutes from downtown Minneapolis. We are one block away from Macalester university and 3 blocks from St.Thomas university and
20 minutes from the airport. Our home is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families
Guests have access to the kitchen that is complete with a Wolf 6 burner stove/convectional oven, a separate built in oven, steamer, and plate warmer.
There is over 6000sqft of live in space with 6 bedrooms and 3 full baths and a 1.5 bath. Amenities also include a basement theater room, with surround sound, and two other living rooms.
Guests will also have access to the back garden, which is great for enjoying the outdoors. There is also a fireplace for those chilly nights.
The home is also equipped with a state of the art security system. There are no cameras in the home only on the exterior facing the porch, garden and alley.

Summary: We truly enjoyed our stay here. Walking distance to shops and Macalester College. It was perfect for our needs-big kitchen with island, beautiful outdoor space (wish our weather was better so we could enjoy it), 6 bedrooms and 3 full baths, the first floor and basement has many different ways to relax!

Summary: The street and neighborhood were wonderful for walking. We could walk up and down Summit, admiring the beautiful homes, walk around nearby St Thomas and McAllister, walk to grocery stores, gift store, book store, record store, restaurants, bakeries, the only time we used a car was when we drove to the art museum in Minneapolis. The house was spacious enough that ten adults were not crowded. The dining room table seated ten for Thanksgiving dinner, and the kitchen has everything we needed to cook and bake.

Summary: I highly recommend staying at this lovely home. I have always admired the historic homes on Summit Ave so it was a real treat to get to stay in one of them. It was so close to Macalester College and was the perfect venue for celebrating our daughter's college graduation.

Summary: Amazing home with all the amenities one could want. Super cozy, clean and large enough for all to have their own space. Beds were so comfortable as well. Ramona is a super host, very attentive & conscientious!

Summary: We had a wonderful time. There is plenty of space in the house to relax and spend time visiting. The kitchen is new and has everything you could ever need if you decide to cook your meals. Grand Avenue with shops and restaurants is just minutes away by walking. Summit Avenue is a wonderful place to explore and walking in the area is wonderful. We were lucky to have great weather and our group sat out on the front porch for a few hours in the afternoon and just talked and enjoyed watching people strolling by or jogging. The backyard has plenty of places to sit and there is a great fireplace that I am sure would be great for having bonfires The hosts are very prompt in answering any questions we had. I would recommend this wonderful home.
