Positive: The location was great with a nice park nearby and a view of the valley. It was quiet and peaceful yet only a short drive to Cottonwood for all shopping.

Negative: The difficulty of contacting the host beforehand when we had questions as the phone number listed on Booking.com seems to be incorrect. An e-mail was sent from the host giving information, but this was not received before we left on the journey. However on arrival a local resident was very helpful and got all the information we needed so all ended well..

Positive: Close to the activities and friends that we were visiting.

Negative: King bed was comfortable, but we like to sleep in different beds. There was no extra blankets and sheets for the daybed.

Positive: I didn’t know anything about breakfast. We didn’t know that there was one and it would’ve been nice to have known advance.

Negative: The fact that the TV in the bedroom did not work and we like to lay in bed and watch television it was definitely a distraction. I think I should get a discount toward my stave because of it.
