Summary: This was the perfect place for our multi generations family to vacation. We had plenty of space and a large kitchen for cooking. We would rent it again. Our only issue is the lack of curtains on all the bedroom windows. Kids and adults were waking up at the crack of dawn due to the fact there are zero curtains to block the morning sun. Only a sheer covers each window. I even wore my best sleeping mask, but with others in the house waking up and making noise, I never slept past 5:30. Not what you want when on vacation. Otherwise it was a great place to stay.

Summary: This is a big home with lots of "extras", but it needs a little attention and maintenance. The best thing was there was lots of little extras throughout the house. Britta filter in the frige, hand sanitizer and lotion, tons of stuff to use in the kitchen (coffee, spices, sharp knifes, dishes, etc), garage (bbq, extension cords, fire wood, entertaining toys), laundry room and linen closet with plenty of extras. The cloth cover to the pergola was torn and loose, it could simple be removed. There is a large piece of landscaping drainage pipe lose behind the house. The bbq was stored in the attached garage, which rolling it out to the driveway was fine, but just wasn't sure if it could be used in the garage when the weather picked up and the temps dropped. The basement was half empty, although the TV and couches were nice. I also think adding a couple of bunk beds, to replace one of the queens would be nice to increase beds as the twin bed on the main floor was almost useless for an adult. The coffee maker was a bit finicky, but we got it to work and appreciated the K-cups very much. We really enjoyed the fire pit, we cooked over a wood fire a couple of times and when the sun was out it was a very pleasant space. We will likely return again and I would recommend this home.

Summary: Wonderful home! Would definitely stay here again! The property and location was absolutely perfect for our getaway with friends and family! The home had everything we needed... very well stocked with anything we could have thought of. We could tell there was a lot of care and intention that was put into this property. This made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable as we didn't have to stress about anything! It was also a very convenient location and really close to Buena Vista, Mt Princeton Hot Springs, and Salida.

Summary: This house is amazing! Secluded up in the mountains and it’s very spacious to accommodate a big group of guests! We loved the home and it was stocked with everything we needed. Property manager allowed for a late check out and we enjoyed that last morning taking our time. Thanks for an absolutes perfect stay!

Summary: My friends and I used the place as a little getaway for a celebration before my fiance and I got married. It was a great place for the 11 people that we had and it wasn’t a far drive to the hot springs. House was clean and the host helped us right away when we had issues getting into the house. Summary: The house was perfect for our large group of adults and little kids. Very large kitchen with all the supplies you might need, each bedroom on the upper level has its own bathroom, large basement area was nice for kids to play, outside space was great for the evenings! The house even had some toys for the kids to play with. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend!
