Enjoy quick access to the Copper Mountain (7 miles), Breckenridge (12 miles), Keystone (14 miles), and Arapahoe Basin (17 miles). During warmer months, Dillon Marina is within 6 miles of your retreat.
LIVING AREAS
Offering 4,893 square feet of luxurious living space across three levels, this stylish home features high ceilings and enormous windows that showcase breathtaking mountain views.
In the main living area, a gas fireplace with floor-to-ceiling stone surround takes center stage. Relax amid the warm ambiance and watch favorite shows on the 62” TV. A leather sofa, oversized chair, and two armchairs provide comfy seating.
Downstairs, the second living area offers plush seating, a 60” TV, wet bar, mini fridge, and pool table.
KITCHEN & DINING
Whip up tasty meals in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances. Thoughtful touches include a Bose sound system, 32” TV, and helpful gadgets like a Vitamix.
Serve up your delicious creations at the table set for six, or perch at the kitchen bar for three. The dining area offers four additional chairs.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
Find quiet privacy in the main-level master suite, featuring a king bed, armchair, direct deck access, and an office nook with a computer and printer. The en-suite bathroom boasts a jetted tub and large walk-in shower.
A convenient half bath is also located on the main level.
Downstairs, a second master suite offers another king bed, an armchair, and a 54” TV. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and jetted tub.
Also on the lower level, a guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination sits between two bedrooms. One of these has a king bed, while the other is furnished with a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed.
On the top level, a private suite boasts a kitchenette with a microwave, mini fridge, and sink, as well as a living area with a sofa, armchair, and 54” TV. This room features a twin bed, queen bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Overlooking the main living area, a loft is appointed with a twin bed, full-size bed, and a leather love seat.
OUTDOOR AREAS

All TVs in the home are equipped with cable. Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, a mudroom, a washer/dryer, and provided bicycles.
Parking is available for up to five cars (one in the garage and four in the driveway). HOA restrictions prohibit trailers, RVs, and motorhomes on-site; a nearby Walmart parking lot can be utilized.
Although this home is not equipped with AC, it is rarely needed with the mild summer temperatures in Frisco.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
