Summary: Inside of the house and the view is amazing! House has tons of room and is laid out very nicely. Very secluded for a quiet getaway -outside of the house had a ton of deferred maintenance. Landscaping had not been attended to this year at all. There were weed taller than me. All outside patios were very dirty and had lots of debris on them. "Screened" in porch had about 6 peices of screen completely missing so it was full of bugs. -Internet is terrible...very slow. So dont go here planning to work remotely. -Pots and pans were in very bad shape. The pots/skillets all had their non stick coating coming off and would wipe off with a paper towel, so we were not going to use them. We ended up buying our own set of cheap pots at walmart. also missing wine opener, pizza cutter, and ice cream scoop (three things i think every vacation rental should have in the kitchen)

Summary: PROS: - Huge property - Secluded and quiet area - Tons of parking space - Large rooms - Great view CONS: - Horribly slow internet (probably satellite); it would be impossible to work remotely from this location - Majority of the screened in porch is located on the side of the building and does not face the main view
