The space
Hotel experience for twice the size, but half the price! This is a loft with two toilets, one upstairs and one downstairs. When we accept groups, we set up a bed downstairs and upstairs. A loft unit gives a great sense of space so you get a one bedroom or even two bedroom feel for a studio price!
The upstairs bedroom has a split type aircon, comfortable queen size bed, 32 inch flat screen tv, high speed wifi and digital cable box. There is also a bathroom upstairs. Downstairs, you can entertain guests with as it is spacious. It has a big dining table, 2 sofas, split type aircon, & a fully fitted kitchen with a 4 burner stove & oven.

Requirement before check-in:
Please note that you have to submit the IDs of all the guests staying in the unit to our email address one (1) day in advance, as the property management requires that everyone who enter the building have proper identification filed in their office. Non-submission of the IDs at least one (1) day before can result to the entry issues, as the guards have been instructed by the property management not to allow anyone to enter the building/ wait at the lounge area without proper identification. This is the property management's way to ensure the security of all the residents in the building.

Airport Drop Off:
The car that will be used is a Toyota Innova that can fit 7 passengers, or 4 passengers with luggages. This is available from Tuesdays to Sundays at a rate of Php1,000.00. The driver will pick you up at the building lobby, and will bring you to the airport. Please ensure that this is arranged at least a day before your departure. Please also provide your flight details to us.
We also offer tours around Manila, Tagaytay and Batangas.

Summary: Unit is a quality loft unit situated in prime area. But there is no storage area for cleaning equipments and molds is present in bath area. Dining chairs are unstable. Tenant is responsible for cleaning and laundry of linens contrary to what the sign says so. Otherwise, the rent is very reasonable.

Summary: This place was smaller than as described and 4 people could fit but that stretching it. There is only one actual bed.Place is a great location and had what we needed to stay comfortably with the half bathroom but when we contacted for assistance, they tried to help as much as they can with the building maintenance. They go by their own schedule. Their other unit in the same building was smaller (Spacious 1BR Loft Makati) but I would stay here again if needed.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay with them. Di was very much available even if she wasn't physically present at the time of our stay. Mars, her assistant, was very hospitable and accomodating. The guards were okay too! We only lacked some things in the room when we arrived, but they were delivered to us upon request. We definitely would go back!
