Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Apartment itself was wonderful; clean, very attractive and comfortable. Kitchen was nicely equipped for a short stay. Easy to get in and out of building once we got our keys and remote. Parking, too, was excellent- we ended up never needing our car since everything in the city was so accessible, but just the fact that our car was so close was very helpful.

Negative: I never received the code for the keybox ahead of time, so had to call to get it; and then needed to wait for a response. Response was very good- helpful but just took some time since the support staff didn't have the code at their fingertips. I've checked and rechecked all my points of communication- the code was never sent to me in any form that I can find- it wasn't merged into the PDF instructions Check In that were sent to me, which seems to have been the best way for it to be communicated. Also, the PDF instructions may seem clear, but the parking area is so dark (lack of lighting) that we struggled to find the pedestrian entrance gate. Once we found it, it seemed obvious, but coming into a new, dark space that you're not familiar with, it did take us some time to find the keybox. Perhaps if the keybox were a different color? Not sure the best suggestion here.

Summary: Now that we've stayed once and can anticipate the challenge points, we'd likely be back!
