* Paid Permit parking behind complex, guest must provide license plate to parking company prior to parking, instructions sent after booking.

** We provide parking for 1 car and is valid based on the license plate you enter into the parking company's system. It is valid only during your reservation. Upon confirmed reservation a link will be sent to you via text (or email if necessary) so that you can provide the license plate number. The company will send this message immediately AFTER we inform them of your reservation. If you are renting a car and do not know the plate # yet, you will receive reminder texts/emails the day before & at the time parking permit is valid.
We are not responsible for tickets issues, cars towed/booted or any damage to guest’s vehicles while at the parking lot whether from casualty or negligent or intentional wrongful acts of other guests or third parties. Guest waives any and all claims, damages, and/or causes of action for personal injury or property damage against us (the host) and the parking company for use of the parking lot. We are not responsible for any articles left in vehicles.

Trash Valet service available Sun-Thurs evenings.
On Fri/Sat you can dispose of excess trash in Large Garbage container located behind the complex (see pictures & info in welcome book)

Ring recording camera is installed on front door for security purposes and to monitor guest count.
The Nieghborhood:
The Bricklight District is located on Central and Harvard Blvd. It is surrounded by many other points of interest including the University of New Mexico, CNM, Nob Hill and Downtown Albuquerque. The area offers numerous restaurants and shops that are unique to the Bricklight District. While exploring the area, you may stumble upon a painted mural or two done by local artists. The Bricklight District is very recognizable due to its exterior red brick design.
This is an Urban area, as with any major city, has a large population of eccentric, transient, and homeless people. This is something for you to be aware of but not alarmed by. When we get the chance we stay in this apartment with our two young boys and feel completely safe. In addition, the Brick Light Apartments have security onsite or on call.

Summary: This condo is a perfect location for a visit to ABQ. Plenty of places within walking distance plus Santa Fe is easily accessed as well as other ABQ destination.....breweries, art, restaurants, museums....can you fit it all in?

Summary: The apartment was located in a perfect spot for our stay. Close to restaurants, shops, grocery shopping and our family and friends. We were in Albuquerque for a week and packed in many things. Traveled to Acoma, NM, took the Railrunner to Santa Fe/Meow Wolf, Old Town, Balloon Fiesta, and the Arts and Crafts show. Highly recommend the following restaurants: El Patio, Frontier Restaurant, and Mazaya Cafe. Communication with the property manager was frequent and helpful during our trip. Enjoyed the Balloon cookies and pin when we arrived. Highly recommend the apartment.

Summary: I brought my 13 yr old daughter to a summer camp at UNM. We arrived late (around 10:30 PM) and there was an issue with the keypad entry system so we had a bit of trouble getting into the complex that first night, but I want to emphasize that it was through no fault of Taryn. Once we got that sorted, the rest of the stay was perfect. The bedrooms are large, the bathrooms are great, and the balcony is spectacular. In the middle of the heatwave, the mini split cooling units worked really well - we were always comfortable. As noted in the property description, the area does have some homeless/transient individuals, but overall we felt safe and the location, literally across the street from UNM, couldn’t be beat. Also, I can’t imagine a better value… we really loved having the kitchen, the foosball table, and being close to great restaurants. Parking was east. We’d definitely stay here again.

Summary: My family’s stay was amazing. We were only in town for a short period of time. Everything was super clean. The host was super responsive and helpful. All around the property there were fun facts about New Mexico. Quite interesting I must say. Also my husband and I were able to battle it out on the foosball table. That was something fun to do once our child went to bed. My family and I will definitely be booking here next time we’re in town.

Summary: The apartment was exactly what we needed and close to our event. The neighborhood was great with so many walkable restaurants. Parking was a bit confusing but Taryn is helping us get that straightened out. We would definitely stay again next year when we come for this event.

Summary: the apartment was roomy, clean, and comfortable. the bed was comfortable. the deck was nice. the property manager was very responsive and communicative. El Patio across the street is a great restaurant. No complaints.

Summary: Waking up before the sunrise was the best. The view from the patio was amazing. The host was great and reached out to make sure things were going good. Would definitely recommend this to anyone and already planning my return
