Positive: We loved the location of this property, being so close to the park entrance and only a short walk to the centre of West Yellowstone with its range of shops and eating places. The fire pit outside was a bonus, as well as the outside seating area. The cabin itself was delightful in many respects: comfortable living room with a very nice fire ( unexpectedly welcome at the end of august ). Most of the staff we encountered were very welcoming and helpful.
Negative: It wasn’t the easiest place we have stayed in to self- cater. The cabin was barely equipped for the two of us and would have been very difficult for four. That said, we asked for more cutlery and it was brought across to us almost immediately. There were some fold up tables, but no chairs inside the cabin, so we ended up eating off our laps on the sofa. We felt the cabins were very expensive, but then again you pay for the location. Our cabin was beautifully situated in a quiet location, and in general, we loved it. I’m not sure how I would have felt if we had been given one of the cabins that overlooked the road.

Positive: The location is very good, nice little town, we were 5 people, and it was a bit crowded, it has a little kitchen but we were lacking a dining table for breakfast , it only has a low living room table. Specifically as it was raining and we could not eat at the balcony.

Positive: Comfortable bed and good separate living area and kitchenette.
Negative: The bathroom was not very good; very small with a loud fan and not a great shower. The staff at check in was not very personable or helpful.

Positive: I absolutely loved the cozy cabins! The location was great and it was a quiet and peaceful stay. I loved the fires every evening to go with the smores kits they left in the room!!
Negative: Unfortunately, the staff was less than helpful and kind of awkward. For example, my car battery died in the front entrance loading zone on a below zero night when I went to use the vending machine around 10pm. I went back inside and explained my situation and asked if I could leave it there until the morning when I could find someone to jump me, it was off to the side and out of the way. The gentleman at front desk told me no and that he would have to get my car towed, and there was no one available to help me. So at that point my option was a $300 tow. Luckily after walking around in the freezing cold looking for help, I found a couple who quickly gave me a jump so I could get my car moved. I'm the general manager of a restaurant and I would go above and beyond to help my guests not threaten to tow them when they're down on their luck. Enjoy your stay but don't expect great or accommodating customer service.
