Summary: We ordered a non smoking room, and all the linen had cigarette burn in them. The lady was nice and tried her best to help. There was no continental breakfast like it says. We were afraid to use the pillows thinking we might catch an STD, so we drove to Walmart down the street and spent about another 50 dollars on sleeping supplies. I will not be staying here again

Summary: We only stayed for a night and got there late after a long road trip. I was supposed to have a room with 1 king bed, labeled “mini suite” on the listing. I ended up with 2 full size beds and a room that looked completely different from the photos online. I walked up to the check in desk and immediately noticed a dead roach on the counter. During the night while we were laying in the room at least 2 roaches crawled across the wall. If I had not been exhausted from the drive I had to make I would have left and demanded a refund. HIRE AND EXTERMINATOR and give people what you advertise!!! Along with stained pillows and sheets!!!

Summary: I was not told there was a pool. Staff just checked me in and did not say anything else to me. Inside was good. No bugs. The bathroom ceiling has peeling paint and the floor by the sink was filthy. At checkout, I was not asked how my stay was. Oh and the walls are very thin, that is all I will say, you get the idea...

Summary: The room had been renovated, so it looked very nice! The mattress was very firm. The rest of the hotel (lobby area and outside) needs to be renovated. It is ok for a quick one night stay.

Summary: During the booking process, it showed that they would provide complimentary breakfast with the room booking, but when we arrived, they said that they do not serve any complimentary breakfast. We had planned everything accordingly, but this put us in a difficult situation.
