Summary: The room we had was quite musty smelling and not clean at the edges. The furniture looked quite worn and there was minimal lighting. Though the breakfast was advertised as continental (i.e. simple) it was poorly arranged, for example there were teabags but no water. Some staff were helpful, but others not. Perhaps there was some local event that drove up all hotel prices, but we paid a high price for an unsatisfactory room. We thought when we booked it, that the hotel was a Quality Inn but it was not. And the location was rather difficult to find.

Summary: This was a 3 day stay…… on 2nd night I ask for trash bags to clean up from a mess of eating take out I don’t like to leave food in my room, I don’t want to find any unexpected insects. I went to front desk to ask for the trash bags and was told I didn’t need them that housekeeping would be around the next morning after 10 mins of explaining why I wanted them the gentleman gave them to me….. then same night later on I went to ask for 2 fresh towels and was told by the lady at the front desk she could not give them to me. And last but not least. Had my grandchildren with me and we went to go swimming in the pool. And sign that is posted states pool is open from 11am-9pm. An elderly gentleman came up to me not so nice at 845p and said THE POOLED CLOSED AT 8pm need to get out. I apologized and said well sir I’m just going by the sign posted at the pool that states it’s open til 9. Granted yes I know it’s 15 min but that isn’t the point 9pm is 9pm not 845pm. Will not be going back. Also it has a lot of carpet and our room smelled of mildew. But we stuck it out because we were really only there to sleep because we were at Hershey Park during the day for 2 days!!!

Summary: Very poor condition. Bad smell. Sewer being pumped into the parking lot. People and kids being very loud until after midnight. I’ll pay more for a better place next time

Summary: Staff were very friendly and took care of needs promptly. Continental breakfast was cereal, toast or coffee and juice.

Summary: For the price of our two nights, I believe it could have been cheaper. The hotel could use a remodel. One of our towels was not clean. The fitness equipment was broken and so was the ice machine in our hallway. There were 2 bugs in our room as well. The staff was friendly.

Summary: I don’t usually try to write a bad review but this experience was too much There is no way the pictures used are anywhere near current. Neither room we had didn’t have something broken. The ceiling look like it had been patched 10 different spots. We had 2 rooms. I called for days and could not get anyone on the phone to ask if we could have connected rooms got there and they are like oh yeah we have some but you had to be earlier … Upon checking in we waited 25 minutes for someone to come and open the door. The ladies were nice when they came The fridge in one room did not work. They clearly had no idea but the way it smelled it was not a recent breakage. This hotel was very good cost and clean overall but that’s where it ends very. We had 7 people on the reservation and we had 3 towels between the two rooms. And then it looks like they came and cleaned the room and still left only 3 towels again between the 2 rooms. Just overall an very poor presentation we will not return despite the affordability and closeness to Hershey park
