Summary: Room was gross, weird white stains on the couch. Bed was hard as a rock, ac had a birds nest or some type of nest in the vents, could have been mold, toilet seat was broken, weird damp spots on thr wall. Front desk girl was the dumbest person i have ever met. No customer service what so ever.

Summary: Most uncomfortable beds ever. And there was clearly previous water damage in rooms, smelled of mold

Summary: The hotel and staff were great. We did not get much for sleep as the people staying above us must've paced all night as the floor was squeaking constantly. So maybe more insulation inbetween levels if possible may help.

Summary: Great stay overall. The staff were friendly and took care of us promptly. The property is in a convenient location. Out room was clean and ready when we arrived. We even received coupons for the attached restaurant. The only reason for a four star overall review rather them five is that the tub had a drainage issue so it was filling with water during my shower so I was ankle deep by the end. Not a big issue, just worth noting and I’m confines will get fixed. I’ll be back again next year!

Summary: There were cobwebs in the room, hair dryer didn't work, & even for 3 nights stay we were told that we wouldn't have any room service unless we asked. And then they still leave an envelope in the room for a tip.

Summary: I asked for a late(r) check out because we had no where to go until 3 pm. I was just looking for 1 pm and knew that on my floor alone over 50% were checked out by breakfast. The management was unflexible and said I could have until 12 but no later or they would charge me. I dont get that at all. Very poor customer service.
