There is a beautiful pool right outside your front door in the midst of a tropical, scerene setting. Relax in this clean and comfortable studio condo after a long day with the comfortable split air conditioner that cools the entire unit.

With a king bed will get you a great nights sleep after relaxing on the beach or at the pool. The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to cook at home and relax after a long day exploring the island. The spacious living room has a Tempur-Pedic full sized day bed for extra sleeping options and a Mitsubishi split air conditioner to keep the entire condo cool and comfortable. This is a ground floor unit.

There is a laundry area on property with three washers and dryers for a nominal fee.Standard is free cable and WiFi access. Condo is fully stocked with linens, towels and all kitchen needs such as a coffee maker, blender, dishes, pots, pans, etc. One off street, secure parking space is included.

The property will be made exclusively available to the renter for a full period of 30-days and no one else may occupy the property during that period. Rates based on a 30 day rental period. This property may not be rented for less than 90 consecutive days. Rental prices will not be reduced or adjusted based on the number of days the rental is actually used or occupied. Please Inquire.

We allow full refunds on any reservation made within the last 24 hours.
Beginning on 10/20/20, if you are booking a new reservation with an arrival date of 12/31/20 or earlier, we allow refunds outside of 14 days minus our nominal booking fee.
If you booked your 2020 reservation prior to 10/20/20, we allow refunds outside of 30 days minus our nominal booking fee.
If you're booking a reservation with an arrival date of 1/1/21 or later, we allow refunds outside of 30 days minus our nominal booking fee.
If there is a mandated quarantine policy in effect by the State of Hawaii during your travel dates, we will allow you to rebook 100% of your stay within 365 days from your initial arrival date.

Highest Standard Cleaning Policy

Here are some of the steps we take between each visit to ensure your home will be sanitized, clean and disinfected:
All of our in-house cleaning staff wears gloves and face covers while in our properties.
All hard surfaces and high touched areas are cleaned with household disinfectant including doorknobs, handles, toilets and faucet knobs, light switches, handrails, remote controls, electronics, ACs, furniture, kitchen cabinets and refrigerators, etc.
All bed and bathroom linens laundered and installed with care.
Our homes include hand soap, dish soap and other approved household disinfectants for your use.
No Contact Check-ins - there is no need to come to an office during your stay. Utilize the wireless keypads on most of our properties.
