This storied home, where John F Kennedy and Marilyn Monroe used to meet to enjoy each other's company was designed by a student of Frank Loyd Wright and very recently was exquisitely remodeled. This modern masterpiece is located in the best area of metropolitan 'Phoenix'. Just minutes from the Biltmore and Scottsdale shopping areas, it is a great place to travel from. The Frank Lloyd Wright design, completed by one of his students, is timeless. Large glass windows and door allow the visitor to feel as if they are living out-of-doors. A 1000 sq. ft. view deck give the visitor a breath taking 240 degree view of the city lights of Paradise Valley, Mummy Mountain, Camelback Mountain and the Paradise Valley Country Club Golf course. Every guest that has stayed there has commented upon how the photographs simply do not do it justice.
The home is lavishly furnished, yet comfortable. This is the whole package for dramatic city living. Even though the home is a short 20 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport, the guest feels like they are completely away from the hustle and bustle of a major metropolitan area. Because of its elevated location on the side of a mountain, with the mountain between it and Tatum Blvd, there is virtually no traffic noise. It's eastern location on the side of 'Marshmallow' mountain give you the cool evening shade while others across the golf course are getting the sun in their face. It is truly a one-of-a-kind property.

Summary: We stayed for one week. Views were incredible in every direction. That is why we booked the house. The inside of the house I would give 3.5 stars. One bedroom didn’t have window shades so I had to put foil up so my daughter would not wake up at 6am. The kitchen had old food in the cabinet that should have been refrigerated. We did not use it but that kind of thing grosses me out. Also the kitchen utensils were very old and used up. There was no spot to put pantry items as every single cabinet and drawer was filled with random things. So we had to keep our food in the kitchen counter. The bedrooms were nice and spacious and clean. Bring your own shampoo because the shampoo/ soap provided is ancient and not really filled up. There was no conditioner either. They had an old bottle of shampoo/conditioner combo which does not serve well in dry Arizona. Overall a good stay. The property just needs a good scrubbing: purging of clutter. I think I counted 6 coffee makers but I would have rather had a space to store pantry food off of the counter. There is a laundry space but the whole area needs deep cleaned. There was junk everywhere in the tiny space. Overall beautiful and PERFECT location! The inside of the house needs decluttered/ deep cleaned and sprucing up to be a rental.

Summary: As grandparents, whose children live on opposite coasts, we love bringing our extended family together. This house, overlooking the Paradise Valley Country Club, with views of Camelback and Mummy mountains is a magical venue. We just celebrated our 4th Thanksgiving at this amazing house with our family. We keep returning to this property because it is hard to imagine a better house with a more attentive, responsive property manager. Chelsea is basically available 24/7! I've given her feedback after our visits, and she shares it with the owner, and our suggestions are embraced. Treat yourself to this incredible property. You won't regret it!

Summary: My family and I have stayed here multiple times over the past few years. It’s starting to feel like a home away from home. Everything is always in perfect working order, the furniture is always well-kept, and the entire property is clean and comfortable. This is the perfect house for a long getaway and its location couldn’t be any better! Can’t wait for our next stay!

Summary: We've been staying at this property for a few years now and after each visit, it becomes harder and harder to leave! Chelsea does a phenomenal job communicating with us throughout our stay and the house continues to have everything we need. There was some nice furniture added since we last stayed here and the decor throughout the house remains very comfortable and relaxing. We're coming back in September and already can't wait!

Summary: We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house. We paid extra to have the pool heated and did not regret it. It was lovely. One note- there is not a hot tub. The house was perfect and Chelsea was a great property manager!
