Summary: It was a lovely home eith an open floorplan i just loved! The area was nice and clean, not a lot of outside noise and the road was easy to get in and out of. The hosts replied in a timely manner and were kind. All in all, a very nice place to stay!

Summary: Our host was very attentive and responsive to the needs of our group. The updated kitchen and living room are really beautiful. The house is located in a quiet suburban neighborhood and there is a driveway. The bathroom might have been missed accidentally in the cleaning before our group arrived. I found out later there were no towels and it hadn't been cleaned when the first members of our group arrived (hair in the drain, stain on the wall). Joseph took care of the team's requests for soap, hand towels, and batteries for the remote control right away when we sent a message. Joseph was very helpful throughout the trip and attentive to the needs of the team.

Summary: House had a nice open floor plan as described. The house had plenty of room for my family of 7 during the stay. Not much to do know the area will have to drive to most places. They do have the sister staying in the basement which was a little uncomfortable and I did not notice that mentioned in the listing. We only found that out as we were already heading to the property.

Summary: I stayed here with a large group, and it was perfect! The home was in a residential area that felt safe and close to a lot of the things we wanted to do in and near Paterson. There was ample parking in the driveway (enough for four cars) and on the street. The home itself was very clean and felt fresh and updated with an open concept on the first floor and lots of seating (4 chairs at the island, 4 chairs at the table, and a large sectional couch). The keypad entry made it very easy for the group to enter and exit as needed without having to coordinate a key. The two bathrooms (one on each floor) were sufficient for us, even with a large group. The beds were comfortable as well - a bunk bed where both beds are doubles, a room with two double beds, and two rooms with a double bed in each - all on the second floor. Overall, it was a great experience, and we hope to stay again in the future!

Summary: I was super excited about my trip to New Jersey. The house looked like everything we needed for my family and I to celebrate my daughters 10th birthday. The check in process was a little strange the host stated they needed to meet us at the location to do a walk through. Although it was not stated anywhere on the listing. I unfortunately did not get to do the walkthrough with the host because we were driving 17hours to this location and was running late and had my sisters (who are a little younger than me and naive) do the walkthrough. My sisters stated that the host mentioned that there were ants by the back door but they’d be no problem. (Wrong) When I first arrived to the location I thought it was nice walking through the front door. I soon realized the house was not cleaned at all. The couch had stains on it, the living room tv had a dark glare on it, the fridge was gross, the cabinets were disgusting, the stove disgusting and then the sink had three sponges in it that smelled HORRIBLE. I then went upstairs to the rooms. This had had all the space my family and I needed but the rooms looked run down. Paint was ripped on the walls and the floors were leaning. The closet in my room was off the hinges. Let’s get back to the ants, they were EVERYWHERE crawling upstairs in my sisters room. They were crawling on them on the bed. They were all over the kitchen. We had to put most of our food in the fridge. This is not what I thought my hard earn money would go to.
