Summary: This is our family second year that we stayed at this property. We were greeted by the property manager which we did appreciate but she informed us that day that the water temperature was difficult to control in the hall bathroom. We could not use the jacuzzi do to other tenants were losing the remote control. Finally, the TV in the upstairs bedroom was not working.No one followed up to confirm if we were able to get the TV working. Beautiful home!! We have stayed there last year!

Summary: Located at the end of a very quiet road and looking out over the Intercoastal this house was very well located in Pompano Beach, very close to all sorts of local restaurants. The pool and patio area was very spacious and ideal for relaxing.

Summary: Great place. View is amazing, even better than pictures. Outdoor furniture very nice. Everything inside is new and well done. Great neighborhood and very close to restaurants and shopping. Probably one of the nicest homes I have ever rented. Some minor issues pointed out to management who will hopefully fix.

Summary: The house and location were awesome! As soon as you walk in you are met with breathtaking views of the backyard. Every room was spectacular and the kitchen was amazing. The only downside was the guest before our stay may have had some sort of party outside and the outdoor furniture needed a good wipe down and the pool had confetti, ping pong balls, and a water bottle in the pool that was not cleaned. It was not a big deal to us as we just cleaned everything and went on with our stay. Overall an amazing stay and we would recommend anyone who’s looking for a relaxing getaway!

Summary: The view from the kitchen is absolutely stunning, and then you step outside by the pool area breathtaking.. loved watching the boats/jet skis pass by.. Beautiful pool jacuzzi, but it’s not heated, should be… House needs wash clothes and more towels. Very spacious house
