Summary: Highly recommend! The property is gorgeous. The kitchen is beautiful. Every room was wonderful and the bathrooms were beautiful too. There was plenty of room for us to move around and hang out in the kitchen and living room. Everyone had more than enough space to be together and also be separated in their rooms. There was a nice size yard and a grill for use as well. The neighborhood has grocery stores, retail stores, restaurants, CVS, and even a mall very short distance. Super convenient!

Summary: Very nice layout for family gathering to eat and hang out, super quiet neighborhood close to stores. However please note the bed in the "study" is very small and best suited for a child. Also there wasn't enough hot water for a reasonable hot shower. Perhaps water heater needs to be turned up. We ran out of hot water quickly. Kitchen does not have a drip coffee maker and is very limited on utensils and cookware. There was only one dish towel! And no pot holders. Just little items but you miss them when they are absent. Property manager and owner were very responsive.

Summary: Beautiful house,, very clean. Only a few suggestions 1. The 1st room bed is super tiny very uncomfortable for an adult 2. If you have large groups a bigger bin is needed, especially on a holiday wknd when the trash pickup is delayed Thats it because everything else was spot on. Beds were comfy, furniture and appliances were all top of the line. The host answered any questions or concerns within minutes This was a great booking

Summary: This one story home was perfect for our group. There were many beds and bedrooms to accommodate everyone in our extended family. The kitchen, dining and living room were very inviting and the location near I10 and Beltway 8 was perfect for our needs.

Summary: House was beautiful!! Great location, everyone said the beds were super comfy! Water pressure isn’t high nor hot at all in the showers but that’s the only issue we had! Would def book again!

Summary: The house looks better in person! It was clean. I do think there is a lot of "clean up" & "check out" rules such as cleaning dishes, taking out the trash outside, & washing all of the towels at the end before leaving. You also have to take out all of the sheets & pillow cases. Wasn't hard work but maybe cleaning fee should be a bit less. Overall, house was great!

Summary: We had a group of 6 people at this house for a team retreat. The space for gathering was perfect, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the bedrooms were comfortable. The location is amazing as it is nearby grocery stores and some restaurants, but easy to get to I-10 to travel to other locations. We would stay here again!
