Summary: Networking have problems，talked with several staff during my four day stay, no one can solve it and most of the time they just don’t care. That’s a very bad experience.

Summary: I dealt with two employees, both were nice and helpful. The room was nice and clean. It reminded me of a dorm room, which I thought was fun. I didn’t hear any neighbors through any walls, even though I happened to run into a neighbor and could hear their tv pretty loudly when they opened their door. The fridge was very cold, which I really appreciated. The AC was strong. The shower had spectacular water pressure. Better than at home. The only negative was that my reservation was for a king bed, but we got a queen and we weren’t informed at all until we got to the room. We had unpacked before I noticed then had to go to the front desk to ask about this and they said the reservation only says they’d give a king bed if available basically. It wasn’t a terrible inconvenience, but we got charged for the king. When I asked if I’d be getting a partial refund since they gave us a queen, the night shift front desk guy said I’d have to ask the manager in the morning, but that he was a really cool guy lol I inquired about it in the morning and the manager quickly told us he could give us a partial refund that was much more than I was expecting so I was very happy about that. Also, we had to wait until the morning to ask for a late check-out, and they let us check out an hour late. There were some small inconveniences, but I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was great, the location was great for my needs, it was right off the highway, and the room was great and clean!

Summary: It was a nice stay no complaints plus good parking. Only thing was that there was no trash can in the restroom and the breakfast is a grab and go so not really a breakfast just snacks.

Summary: Clean and new. Shaky area. Many people loitering behind the building; the air was thick with marijuana. My bad, I didn’t realize that you have to pay extra for room service.

Summary: I thought that there was a real continental breakfast, instead it was a breakfast cereal grab and go. Other patrons had expressed the same disappointment. I think that that should be spelled out on the site to avoid confusion when travelers are on a fast paced travel plan.
